85% say yes, Romney is right!
I voted yes also but I think he used to wide a brush to paint all of the 47% as thinking they are victims. But this was said at a fund raiser and was off the cuff. It may offend some people to be labeled and written off but I am glad he did not apologize. He did a good job at the press conference and can clarify the comments later while campaigning.
85.58% yes
FUBO!!!!!
Right on FReepers!!
Usually the polls on this RAG run about 200-250, it’s currently over 1200!! AND, in our favor. Romney needs to see this, we are his BASE.

Bump.
Until someone decides what the 47% is, how do you know how to vote.
Does it mean getting a check, or not owing taxes?

I knew I wasn’t alone! But doesn’t it drive you crazy that either he or his campaign seems to have missed this rather obvious fact? He’s even said (on Cavuto today, e.g.) that he believes seniors ‘get it.’ Couldn’t agree more, however, that it’s the ‘victimhood’ thing that he means to attack. Not to mention the illegals, the noncitizens who purportedly aren’t voting, who are bleeding the same system. Are they separated out in this so-called 47%? It’s also incredibly unnerving that he doesn’t seem to link the fact that that 47%’s in for a huge surprise when the money, under the direction of ruling socialists, runs out. And it won’t run out simply for the illegals and the victims, but for all Americans—taxpayers as well as the needy and those who have “paid in.”

Nearly 85% YES!
Please add me to the FREEP THIS POLL pings.

Who cares?
Vote yes!
You are on the list. Enjoy!
Not knowing what he said, what are you agreeing with him about?
Where have you been?
Nobody knows what the idiot means.
Half of FR responds to him as if he is saying the 47% who draw a check from the government.
Half of FR responds to him as if he is saying the 47% who do not owe income tax in a given year.
A minor third group says that he didn’t mean either of those, he only meant 47% of the entire electorate in general, from all categories.
