Porn free picks? Meh!
Well, you had... to be there--
2 games in 4 days...OUCH!
Some of the older guys (and younger ones as well) haven't recovered from the contusions of the first game, and now they have to go do it all over on four days rest so the NFL, as in NFL Network, can rake in some more dough.
Gotta wonder if the NFL will abandon network TV coverage and DirecTV's Sunday Ticket and go it alone on cable/sat and eliminate the middle man from their cash cow next time around for TV negotiations.
Streaming video offers a whole new world of opportunity. Who needs cable even? Probably in 10 years hardly anyone will have that anymore anyway. I frankly considered cutting it a year ago and went all internet streaming: Netflix for movies and older stuff and Hulu Plus for newer stuff. That's a total of $16 a month plus the internet costs. I didn't do it for primarily one reason: sports. If I could direct stream the NFL and MLB (really just the Phillies) I'd probably go ahead and cut the cable.
I find they are generally available from sites in Europe associated with gambling. Not that I'd recommend anyone watch them.....
So could you guys... kick the ass of his Dallas Cowboys really, really hard?
Yep, campers, you just cannot... make this stuff up!
The Punters over the Gnats
The Barelies over the Lambs
The Clowns over the Bisons
The Cowpies over the Pirates
The Clots over the Jagworsts
The Jesters over the Guppies
The 69ers over the Vicekings
The Taints over the Thiefs
The Tightens over the Kitties
The Deadskins over the Bungles
The Buzzards over the Beagles
The Dirty Birds over the Charredburgers
The Mules over the Oilers
The Stoolers over the Traitors
The Patriots over the Pigeons
The Packers over the Seasquawks
TinMan, who is it? Carolina or NYG ... you left yer pix incomplete!
Go Blue! Oh...and Cee Lo was crap.
As you know, big... where my full graphic Week Three NFL Picks Thread is posted, I did list my pick for tonight's game:
Them Off/On Jersey Jints travel to Cam Newton's house... and I don't think the short week will help Eli's Gang stay ON: NY Giants 21 at Carolina 23--
San Francisco 24 at Minnesota 17: Gadzooks! Drop the Soap Boys or Viqueens? I’m sticking with the popular choice
Popular choice. Ouch!
close to a final..
Harbaugh is asking for a refill of challenge flags.
Go Vikes! Woo Hoo!
Norm, quiet here considering another week of upsets ... I pick PITT and then root for OAK. Creates a split personality in camperPete. Cognitive Differences.
next week, JINTS road underdog:
At Philadelphia -2.5 NY Giants
same with Vikes:
At Detroit -4.5 Minnesota
ZONA getting some respect:
At Arizona -7 Miami
week 4 spreads at the bottom of that page
6=9, thus far pour moi. It is difficult to get under .500, but I did it.
Has the league changed to create unexpected parity? Are people blaming the refs for the parity?
If the Referee strike doesn’t get solved soon, I have a feeling the players are going to walk until the regular refs return...I am kind of surprised the NFLPA hasn’t issued that threat yet.
Or perhaps not so baffling, all things considered.
OTOH, it would hysterical to watch replacement players anew-- and his time officiated by replacement referees. Haha they'd have to mix up batch of replacement fans if that were to happen. And print gobs bernanke-funny-money to pay them all.
as I will forget, my early pick for THUR is BALT over CLEVE
9/27 8:20 ET At Baltimore -13 Cleveland
my sure winner is BALT week 4
my sure loser is TENN week 4
WHAT A FINISH!!!
That sure looked like an INT to me.
that was a pick
Packers got hosed.
And an obvious offensive pass interference on Tate.
Offensive pass interference and an interception and the refs blow it.
Never thought I would ever in my life say this.
I miss the official NFL Refs.
Jennings had both arms and the ball in his chest, and Tate just had a hand on it, therefore it was not a simultaneous catch.
I bet if the game was in Green Bay they would have called it an INT.....they just wanted to please the home crowd.
correct, plus the receiver didn’t get his hand on it until AFTER the defender was on the ground - the play was already over, or should have been...
Breaking News: The replacement refs have just declared the Cleveland Browns Super Bowl Champs.
what’s next: “Involuntary manslaughter - #78 on the defense - 10 years - still 3rd down”
