Fighter Jets Over Roanoke?

Sorry, I was trying to fire synapses from years ago. The Hales Ford Bridge. Much easier to target, as well.

My Grandparents had property on the lake, up stream from Hales Ford Bridge and I remember seeing A-7s and A-6s coming down the lake at really low altitude.

I never got to fly that low level when I was in the Navy. There are actually a lot of really great low levels out west that make the east coast low levels seem really boring.

Yes, Hale’s Ford makes far more sense. It’s certainly big enough to make a dandy target. I’ve seen fighter jets come zooming past on more than one occasion.
