The prosecution releases documents like GZ's school records that it never should have. Then they refuse to release the toxicology report, their star witness's phone records, and the cell tower pings which would verify the accuracy of those phone records. If they don't fit, they must acquit.

The Miami Herald and Orlando Sentinel and other media should be going to court to compel the state to release these records.

I think they’ve been released to the *defense team* — just not to the public.

The Da doesn’t have to release anything to the media or public until trial if they so wish.

They’re only obligation is to release all info to the defense.

Maybe the DA is sandbagging some of what they have until they can get it in front of a jury. If the DA gets an “OJ Jury” Z is toast, regardless of what the true facts are.

Kind of like reverse-jury nullification.....
