Last week Stacy brought our attention to the fact that an Alaska judge struck down yet another in a series of meritless lawsuits brought against Governor Palin by Palin-deranged activists. In this case, Chip Thoma was the hebetudinous anklebiter who brought the legal action. Today, to nobodys surprise, the judge took the next step and formally dismissed the case, and in so doing ruled that Thoma must reimburse the Governor for the legal costs she incurred as a result of his frivolous litigation.

Yes indeed. We had a county treasurer in Yuma county that stole a couple of million in property tax dollars.
She was convicted, spent a couple of months in prison, and was ordered to pay the money back... at $5 a month!
