Vanity: Obama Getting Desperate?

Posted on 10/05/2012 11:10:48 PM PDT by ConservativeMan55

Ok guys and gals.. so over the last 4 years we've all talked about the scenarios.

And now we're here. We're at the tipping point. Obama just got destroyed in the first debate.

What will he do in order to hang onto power? We know he's desperate.

Will he?

Start a war?

Declare martial law?

Try and cancel the election?

Invade Libya?

PLUS here's another frightening scenario..

Obama loses the election but still has a little bit of time in office left.

He begins to REALLY sell America out by giving our enemies everything he can. Every secret, everything they would ever want.. because he's bitter he lost.

Plus I can see him being a sore loser and attempting to sabotage the next President.

Obunghole is just stupid enough to try an invasion of Libya.

But if he does we damn well better keep the oil this time.

Invade Libya....and how did that work for Mussolini...

In any case I read on another thread that Egypt was looking to invade Libya for the oil.

So I guess Obambi will have to suit up against the Egyptians as well.

(And in the confusion Israel takes back the Sinai for good)

What law enforcement body would ever bring him to trial? What most people don’t realize is that we have no law enforcement in this country. None.

Will Egypt seize Libya for its oil? Financial Post ^ | Lawrence Solomon

Posted on Fri Oct 5 22:02:16 2012 by Olog-hai

Will Egypt seize Libya for its oil? Given Egypt’s political ideology, its history with its neighbors, and its material needs, this must be a live issue. …

The Muslim Brotherhood government desperately needs a $4.8-billion IMF bailout to stop the bleeding but it refuses to curtail its subsidies, as the IMF demands, for fear of triggering a popular revolt. It is instead hoping for aid from oil states and the U.S. government, but even if this materializes, it will be at best a stopgap. With tourists, the country’s chief source of foreign exchange, steering clear of Egypt because of its anti-Western riots, and with foreign investors equally fearful of venturing into the country, Egypt’s options are daily becoming more limited. The temptation to look next door to Libya could be irresistible, particularly since Egypt views union with Libya as inevitable.

Maybe a joint Egyptian / Obami-USA two pronged attack on Libya...

after all the leaders of both countries sympathize with the mooslim brotherhood.

Interesting that California is already experiencing gasoline shortages.

I think it's the other way around, dude. Did that look like a desparate man the other night?

To me, that looked like a guy who is campaigning for a job he doesn't even want anymore. He's been in over his head for the last four years, and he knows it.

Fortunately the elections are not a federal function. Canceling the elections would constitute a coup. Besides, the real election is the Electoral College - and the state governments could select Electors directly.

If the presidency is stolen, it will be done in the counting of the votes and not in Washington.

I think it best not to speculate on the havoc a rogue president could perpetrate between now and Inauguration Day. Problem is, presidents don’t throw their predecessors in jail - for the simple reason that just giving up power gracefully is too big a bargaining chip. Anyone who jails his predecessor will not himself peacefully abdicate when his own legitimate term expires.

Either cancel student loans or promise to cancel them next year if reelected to pump up the vote of college students and recent graduates.

I have believed all along that if Odumbo loses the election, he will REALLY devistate the U.S. in the few remaining months as president. But then, look on the bright side, we all know Odumbo skips out of numerous briefings, seldom meets with his so-called “cabinet members” and fails to take his job seriously. For we Americans, that is a GOOD thing. I believe he has no real clue as to what is going on with our government, military or the rest of the country other than what his so-called advisors are telling him. The less he knows the better. He will still have time to give away the farm on his way out. For THAT, I am afraid. Personally, I would like to see something put into law that restricts what the outgoing president can do via “executive order”. Alas, we would probably NEVER see that happening. Katey bar the door.

The failure of the Republican led House of Representatives to pass the Farm Bill results in the cutoff of Food Stamp cards in late October. Twitter mobs using Obama Phones riot nationwide. Obama, badly behind in the polls due to debate face plants, declares blanket immediate pardons for all “prisoners of Color”. 1.4 billion rounds of pistol ammo is purloined from DHS requisitions to fill tens of thousands of “Rapido y Furioso” weapons allocated from Eric Holders Department of Justice. Sleeper cells from Al Quada activate and destroy New York with a backpack mini nuke purchased in 1994 from a former Soviet a general. Food shortages due to failed crops and a GMO scandal cause global hyper inflation.

Obama declares Martial Law and suspends elections, the Congress, and the Constitution.

WELCOME TO GEORGE WASHINGTON’S DREAM.

. . . but they would have to do it at the state level. If you can’t do it via retail - level vote fraud, you are hard put to do it at any higher level without being so transparent that you might as well declare that you are conducting a coup.
