I’m not sure but I thought Doonesbury was no longer published.Don’t attack me but that’s something I thought I read somewhere.

That guy goes on vacation during Dem administrations.

One thing I remember though is that he did portray Clinton as a waffle back in the early 90s.

Early Doonesbury was actually clever at times. Hasn’t been even that for decades.

When Democrats are in power, there are no homeless people. But if there are homeless people, it’s only because the evil Republicans failed to pass Obama’s agenda. If they had gone along with Obama, there would be no homeless or hungry people. But if there were still homeless and hungry people even after passing Obama’s agenda, it would still be the fault of Republicans. Probably Bush would be behind all the problems. Bush and Cheney. Yeah...that’s the ticket.

Isn’t a Doonesbury what you call a piece of dog @#$$ that is a hanger-on after a dog squats?

In those early Reagan years, it looked like the uninterrupted Communist conquests, by that time plowing inevitably up through Central America, could lead soon to an American last stand. In that era, I described Trudeau as “the only political satirist who will still have a job after the revolution.”

Lately, he’s inveighing against Romneyite “Gordon Gekko hair” and “giving rights to a fertilized egg”. His leftists still all have soft features and wise visages; his conservatives still all look like hitmen who just got through murdering their daughters.

Stopped getting the paper after McClatchy bought out the local paper - a few on the staff tried to balance things out but it took a hard left turn.

Speaking of cartoons, ALL of them except South Park, rag on conservatives and leave liberals alone. Even the ones on Fox, like Family Guy for example, they have at least one dig on conservatives in EVERY episode.
