I can imagine what its like when you enter tha home
My wifes sister spent a ton getting most if not all
Beany Babies thinking it was a great investment for
her grandkids
From the article:
"My friends think Im crazy anyway and my family love it."
And the Clinton Administration did their part to keep the price of Beanie Babies inflated. They prohibited travelers from Asia from bringing more than 2 of any doll into the country.
That was what Clinton treated as a “national security” issue. For Obama, it is bootleg recordings of music, video, and porn.

“But the United States Customs Service, acting upon a request from the Beanie Baby manufacturer, Ty Inc., has placed a limit of one Beanie Baby per family for people re-entering the United States.”
My husband had a co-worker who was wild about beanie babies. I wasn’t made aware of how crazy she was about it until about five hours after I had given birth to our daughter. The co-worker came to my room to visit (she and my husband were both Navy CORPSmen at Balboa Naval Hospital at the time), and I got a run down on everything beanie baby...All I remember thinking was, I was exhausted and starving, and where the heck was my husband. This girl had no clue. So when I see beanie babies now, I get very angry. ;o)
Yeah, I know several people who did the same thing, spending obscene amounts of money on those dumb little Chinese beanbags.
Not long ago, I saw a “price guide” for Beanies that was published at the peak of the craze. It had projections for what their value would be in 10 or 15 years, and there were very few that were projected to be worth less than $100, and there were many in the thousands.
Today you can’t even get the $5 that they originally cost.
I hear you. When I got drug along to go visit them I dreaded hearing
all those stories and hearing all about the Babies she got since the
last visit.
The attic is now packed with these worthless toys
I learned long ago not to bring up the subject.
I’ve bought a few “Hello Kitty” items simply for mockery.
lol
I saw that. Not written well. Maybe her family love the fact her friends thinks she’s crazy?
When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. corintians
How many Barbies do you have?
Only a few. I also have a few G.I.Joes.
A Ranger,a Marine,two WWII soldiers,JFK in his Navy uniform.
My main obsession is the Tampa Bay Lightning and I am PISSED that there might not be a season.
Why is collecting baseball cards childish?
Hockey in Florida. Do you think they have Jai Alai in Siberia?
I doubt they have Jai Alai in Siberia,LOL.
That’s a brutal game,BTW.
You’d be surprised by the large number of hockey fans here in Florida, and it’s not just the Canadians who live down here part-time.
Do they have a Manon Rhéaume Barbie?
Do I really have to respond to your question?
Sorry bro, I have a general belief that most people would recognize humor and sarcasm when it is posted. I guess I'm wrong........
It was sarcasm, it was humor, it was both..
