I still tend to not recommend them for enterprise usage. It never ceases to amaze me how many custom built applications seem to break with each Firefox release.
It took 3 revisions in the rapid release insanity to get Firefox and Adobe Flash to play nice together. There are still some issues with the two.
Several add-ons/extenstions ceased existence because the developers didn't have time to keep up with the frequent FF releases.

Seems like as soon as I get everything working, a new release comes along and one or more of the add-ons/extensions fails to work. On the other hand, I'm getting quite good at finding and going into the individual install.rdf files and changing the max version number. Also, this addon may help with the problem, too:
Disable Add-on Compatibility Checks 1.3
