Allow me to put a small tin foil hat on for a minute.
We all know Hillary wants to run in 2016. If Bammy wins now that'll make that run a lot harder.. as Hillary knows the country will be ready for a Republican at that point after 8 years of Bammy ruining the country.
It is Hillary's DREAM to be President. So she needs Obama to lose.
Now to the possibility...
Hillary sees lots of security warnings coming out of Libya about Al-Queda, 911, Amb Stevens, etc and ignores them, knowing that if anything happens it'll fall not on her shoulders.. but directly on BAMMYS.
Something happens and Hillary immediately falls in line with Obama and lets him dig himself a hole with the whole "It's because of a video strategy"
NOW... with the foreign policies debate coming up shortly... The State Department backtracks today!!!!! Leaving Bammy screwed and he'll have to answer questions in the debate.

I doubt that she will run. It was very noticeable to me that after she broke her arm her demeanor and energy level dropped by many notches.
I suspect she and Bill were just sitting on the couch and both of them realized that they, Bill with his heart problems and she with her broken arm, had become old.

There is no way Hillary is going to run in 2016, but she doesn’t want Obama to win either. She is SO horribly naive about State Department issue and the Middle East. She shouldn’t have any government jobs.

What I do like about your conspiracy theory is that it is based on “set up the environment and something suitable will happen, be ready” rather than “detailed involvement arranging every minute detail of an impossible-to-conceal scenario”.
Don’t discount sheer incompetence. What has Hillary ever succeeded at?
I like your theory except for one thing... Hillary will be too old and tired to ever get elected president in four years or eight years. And Bill Clinton will be too old and ravaged by herpes and syphilis to even care.
