DELMONT, Pa. Police said they're looking for a man who robbed a Westmoreland County gas station using a fork as a weapon.
Investigators said the robbery happened at a Sunoco station on Route 66 in Delmont.
Police said the robber jumped over the counter and demanded cash, while wielding a two-pronged fork.
Officers said the man grabbed money from a cash register and ran away.

Did he get the cash or did the clerk say “fork you!”

Sounds like it may have been one of those long bar-b-q forks - they’re pretty sharp
He told the clerk to “Fork it over”.
For some, these are tine times.
I understand the robber employed a two-pronged strategy.
This reminded me of the time that someone used a bow and arrow to rob the Open Pantry in Brookline.
I've been to this gas station before, conveniently located at the junction of Highway 22 and PA-66. Which, I suppose, also makes it convenient for a quick getaway.
What the doofus probably doesn't know is that Sunoco stations, almost all of them, have hidden security cameras. So he will likely star on this evening's news. If the cops don't find him first.
And the dish ran away with the spoon.
This is where they “improved” the cloverleaf intersection by adding red lights, right?
Yeah. I sometimes joke to my wife when we drive through it that it should be renamed “Fuster Cluck”.
