I do recall that. Lots of news/commentator people were initially stunned. Then they ended up 'evolving' and as of the next day, it was a debate-winning formula to them.

But the fact checking NEVER happened. Not at NBC, CBS, ABC, and certainly not MSNBC ..... and only a little at Fox and CNN.
