Last night I was informed by my wife that a friend from our church told her that their son went to registar to vote. As he turned in the document, he was asked what was his party affiliation. He told them it was Republican. As he was leaving he heard what sounded like paper tearing. He turned around and asked them to produce his documentation. At first they told him that they could not and then finally after futher prodding admitted that they did in fact destroyed the documentation. He reported them to the election board.

I would have called the Sheriff and have them arrested on the spot.
That was damn cheeky of them.

This was not our son, but a friend of ours. As for our son, he is in his first year at the Air Force Academy and had registered on line.

My son registered at the BMV (Indiana). They didn’t even ask his party affiliation. His voter registration card does not designate Dem or Rep.

They are the folks putting up all of those, “Really?” anti Obama billboards all over the area.

The ballot is rejected if multiple parties receive votes in a primary.

I would set up a video camera in a back pack. check local laws. and have a few friends repeat the process.
Anyone registering to vote after the primaries are done should be registering as “Democrat.” A registered Democrat doesn’t have to vote Democrat and one can change one’s registration to “Republican” after the election is done.

I spoke with the mother and now know the full story. She tells me that she was at the Westminster Costco and a lady came up to her asking about the Romney bumper sticker on her car. It was this lady who told her about her son who was registering in Boulder and it was her son that was involved. He recorded the incident on his phone and reported it to the authorities. My friend does not know this lady, so that is far as we can take it. Boulder...it figures.
I asked the Mods to change the title to reflect Boulder County Colorado.

One county in Colorado had a 110% turnout for the last election.
I had the exact same thing happen to me a few years ago in California.
There are two possible outcomes from outright stealing the election:
1) The GOP will meekly acquiese and allow Obama a second term.
2) There will be a hot civil war and the country will be torn apart by race riots and other civil disturbances.
Tell me -- if you hated America, and wanted to destroy America -- which of those two options would fail to satisfy you?
My son is in college. About six weeks ago, a volunteer with an Obama button on his lapel was registering voters. After my son registered, he said, “but I am voting for Romney”. That registration card never got handed in. Needless to say, he had to go down town to register.
Chances are very good that he wasn’t the first to have his documentation ripped up. Authorities need to be notified.
He resubmitted his request, again checking "Republican". No response after two weeks.
He then submitted his registration requests and listed party affiliation as "Democrat". His voter reg card arrived in four days.

Last night we broke the story of the Boulder County Clerk, one Hillery Hall, refusing to allow poll watchers access to observe early voting of Military Personnel ballots. This type of partisan behavior MUST be stopped.
Citizens really must make a stand.
