Clayton, N.J. Gloucester County officials arrested two teenage brothers in connection with the death of 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale, CBS Philly reports.
County prosecutor Sean Dalton said at a press conference Tuesday that Autumn, who was was last seen Saturday on her bicycle, was lured into the home of the 15- and 17-year-old brothers to obtain parts for her BMX bike. The crime was allegedly committed in that house.
Dalton said the boys' mother contacted police about posts she saw on her son's Facebook page.
"A preliminary cause of death is blunt force trauma consistent with strangulation," said Dalton, according to CBS Philly.
The suspects were charged with first degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, tampering with evidence, theft, disposing of a body. The 15-year-old is also charged with one count of luring.

I see your keywords and now I’m wondering how much is actually known about these “boys”. Other than the obvious fact that they should be drawn and quartered in the public square, in front of their relatives.

In the case of Trayvon Martin, the liberals had meltdowns about the fact that Trayvon was black and Zimmerman was not.
But in this case, I predict that the liberals will either ignore this case, or not make any reference to the fact that Negro youth killed a white girl.

I think this hate crime is worse than reported, as this young girl was lured for a purpose, and it is unlikely that a 12 year old would have much cash, property, or credit cards to steal, and these monsters would steal a girl’s bike to ride around?
Who can fathom the unspeakable pain this family is experiencing now?

wow, I didn’t think that until I saw This article with pictures. article I read earlier no pictures, and I did not assume a color. just two teen boys from a disjointed family life, who made extrememly wrong choices leading to this horrific choice. I thank their mother for doing the right thing in this instance and turning them in.
I pray for Autumn’s family and friends and the community.
I’d think that a pretty fair number of FReepers are going to click on this article to see, then say “yep, thought so” and wonder how many more cases like this it’ll take until at least ONE of the media outlets does a full expose on how many times this situation has occurred in the last x-number of years.
It ridiculous how “normal” it’s become to see these types of stories. Prejudice and common sense are morphing together more and more and that doesn’t bode well for anyone. I don’t want to assume the worst about any particular group, but time after time those assumptions are proven out.
It’s long past time for the so-called black “leaders” to unite and put out a strong message of personal responsibility and exemplary behavior. If every young black male were to be a model citizen and completely eschew any criminal or immoral activity for one generation, society would view them in a much more favorable light. That’s the message the Jesse Jacksons and Al Sharptons need to be pushing, not an ‘us versus them’ mentality of victimhood and separatism.
Interesting the story makes no mention that the victim was white and the accused perps, black - obviously a Hate Crime.......
