Obama looks scared
Fox News Channel (no link) | 10/26/12

Posted on 10/26/2012 6:16:26 AM PDT by pabianice

Fox just showed clips from Romney and Obama rallies. Romney speaking before a roaring over-flowing 10K seat arena; looks confident and strong, audience roaring with approval at remarks about rebuilding business and the economy. Then Obama, speaking before a small crowd in Michigan, ol' snarly back again, eyes hooded, mouth twisted, full of anger and fear; attacking Romney as the anti-Christ. Audience applauds lightly.

Obama looks and sounds scared and out of ideas.

Wonder what effect the huge Atlantic storm will have on campaigning and election turn-out?

"...attacking Romney as the anti-Christ"

Say what?

I don’t know about you, but I was being asked to hold my nose and vote for someone as disagreeable as Obama, I probably wouldn’t show up.

Don’t Republicans traditionally benefit from inclement weather? I seem to remember someone on here saying something to that extent.

None, I think. It should blow through a full week before election day. May be some places still struggling with electricity, but they’ll be few and isolated.

Democrats only need a reason to delay elections even if it were not necessary.

I predict storm talk will overcome any final so-called October surprise and negate any final effort by obama team to smear Romney.

God’s very own “October surprise” eh?

The East Coast is the heart of the lamestream MEdia and obama country, but the viewing audience this next week will be more focused on buying bread water and toilet paper than watching obama rallies

He didn't actually say or imply Anti-Christ though, did he? That's just hyperbole on your part, right?

That said, I do expect Obama to get really ugly in the next week and cannot even imagine the depths to which he will sink.

And finding those items cost a whole lot more than they did...six years ago? (before a Dem congress took over and started wrecking everything...)

Remember seeing this same thing in past elections.

The guy that was about to lose was always reduced to sad rallies and increasingly tired language.

Both sides are already knowledgeable as to what is about to go down. The Reagan people knew by late October of both 80 and 84, but you go through the motions anyway.

Those are my thoughts as well. Could be wrong but that's what comes to mind first.

However, they do say the system could stall over land and hover for a few days. Even still, I do not think it will effect the elections.

The democrats may try to use it though - to delay elections of whatever. They'll look for any excuse. That could be more of a problem.

This storm sounds like what we got in 1993 (Storm of the Century). Basically a snowicane.

Obama sure is going to miss Air Force One.

Just think how awful it would be to belong to the sedret Service and be assigned to Obama and the Wookie after they leave the White House.

That will be the punishment detail for any SS agent who screws up.

Funny thing about informers, traitors, and similar tools . . . they have an odd habit of not 'lasting' long after they've done the bidding of the puppeteers.

Perhaps the sniveling little sissy has begun to grasp that possibility.

“That will be the punishment detail for any SS agent who screws up.”

Sadly, there are at least 3 recent (and very public) instances of SS agents being very un-professional. Either standards have slipped for SS agents, or affirmative action has lowered the bar on quality & expectation for performance.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, this country is being destroyed. I guess my grandparents were right when they warned me that terrible days were ahead...

If past elections are any indicator, Obama will lose as the independents break for Romney. However, if Obama truly has this great ground game and is able to motivate the illegal alients, welfare recipients, the disenfranchised, and the clueless to vote for him I suppose he has a chance. Still, if Obama does make this happen it would be an historic achievement. Let’s face it, we all worry this just might happen because Obama is more of a cult figure than an actual leader.

On the other hand, regular everyday people know what and who this guy is. There is much momentum on our side, possibly even a title wave moving against Obama and the last midterm elections and the results in Wisconsin are strong harningers of this fact. The truth is, save for the supreme court decision a few months ago, Obama has had no significant political victories in two years. This means something!!!

If Obama does win, he’ll be mandated to do nothing except bitch about the Republicans and I’ll feel like the Lion King did when Scar took over Pride Rock. Ha—...Whoopie Goldberg supported that, too.

My wife said exactly that the night of the third debate. Her intuition for things like this are pretty good.

Obama is turning out to just be mean and nasty, and that is coming across to people who are watching/listening.

Especially in debates 2 and 3, that is what the audience saw: a mean and nasty community organizer.

That is turning many people off. Obama is doing himself more damage than he is damaging his opponent.
