Yeah, but it doesn’t say anything about poking it into your eye.

I bought a sport shirt one time that had a tag on it:
This shirt treated with fire-retardant chemicals.
Please do not set your shirt on fire
They didn't say whether that was when you were wearing it, or when it was just sitting there... clear lack of proper regulations.

I bought a Ford truck years ago that had a packet that said “At Ford, Qualy is Job Number 1.” I sent it to the president of Ford.

50 years ago no one would have even understood why this is funny (in a sad kind of a way).

To me this makes as much sense a placing a sign on the lawn mower, not to stick you hand under it.

The signs at the top of Grandfather Mountain that warn you about the hazards of plunging off those rocks thousands of feet to your death always make me want to shout “REALLY!!!!!”. I think if you fail to note that you are standing on sloping rocks at the elevation of 5000+ feet and there are no safety rails ...... and you still wander over the edge .... you should no doubt have been removed from the gene pool.

40 years ago when I was working construction I remember first seeing "Keep hands away from moving blade" on a circular saw blade package. The running joke with the boys was "Keep hands and feet away from moving blade". Good news is most of the guys banging nails even today still get the joke.

On one of those "thumper" massage devices I saw a tag that said, "Do not use on breasts or testicles." My wife and I looked each other and said you'd have to be crazy to try that, so why warn people against it!?!? The world has gone mad.

Had a Toyoto MR2 with very heavy removable roof panels (t-top). On the visors, there was a label sternly telling you not to remove the t-top panels while the car was in motion. This would have required the ignition key to unlock them and a two handed maneuver to lift them.

I'm not saying let's go kill all the stupid people... I'm just saying let's remove all the warning lables and let the problem sort itself out.
