Article III, Section 3 of theU.S. Constitution states:
Treason against the United States shall consist only
in levying War against them,
or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason,

According to Cornell University Law School, 18 USC § 2381 - Treason
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States,
levies war against them
or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere,
is guilty of treason
and shall suffer death,
or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000;
and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.


Obama, through Amb. Chris Stevens, WAS ARMING the enemy, thus giving them aid and comfort, not within the United States, but elsewhere, and thereby,

IS guilty of TREASON !

" Yes, because the United States doesn't need to be drug through the ugliness of a Senate Trial exposing the 'Top Secret' details of Barack Obama's adhering to the United States' Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. not within the United States, but elsewhere. "
But I disagree. The only way this nation can cleanse itself of this evil, is the admit it, expose it, and punish it.
And a President Romney should take these thought-out actions against our nation just as serious.
Let's look at some of the facts.

Muslims are well know for lying about their faith.
MUSLIMS are allowed to LIE and deceive NON MUSLIMS, if it benefits or protects ISLAM.

Qur'an (40:28) - A man is introduced as a believer, but one who must "hide his faith" among those who are not believers.

Qur'an (2:225) - "Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts"

Qur'an (66:2) - "Allah has already ordained for you, (O men), the dissolution of your oaths"

Qur'an (3:54) - "And they (the disbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed (against them): and Allah is the best of schemers." The Arabic word used here for scheme (or plot) is makara, which literally means deceit. Taken collectively these verses are interpreted to mean that there are circumstances when a Muslim may be "compelled" to deceive others for a greater purpose.

Nothing changed other than you became aware of something basic you should have been aware of before.

Not authorizing a rescue mission IN THIS INSTANCE was cowardly and a despicable lack of leadership - but it doesn't fit the definition of treason. Not even close.

Is it criminal? No. Otherwise no President who has men die under orders when a rescue could have conceivably helped them would be safe from such charges.

When I was in the Air Force it was explained that the loss of ten men rescuing a downed pilot was a justifiable cost, although eleven might be considered an unacceptable loss. But if they refuse to send in twenty men after they lose ten, are they guilty of murder for abandoning a downed pilot?

Obama needs to be fined the maximum fine, stripped of any financial support for him, his wife and his children, sentenced to 5 years in prison at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, and THEN executed at a TRAITOR, on public television.
