I work in health care. My hospital has three paths an employee can follow:

1.) Get a flu shot

2.) Wear a mask for the duration of the flu season

3.) Find another job.

I am completely on board with this approach. We have a few employees who wear the mask instead of getting the shot.

Their choice.

Ignoring the flu in a hospital is completely stupid and useless. It kills compromised patients, and makes those who aren’t compromised sicker.

Actually; it's not. In Red Hampshire; you can only wear a mask IF the hospital APPROVES the employee's exemption...they RARELY approve religious exemptions, as the people in HR are quite capable of judging the status of an employees relationship with Jesus Christ.
