I have primary hyperparathyroid disease. Trying to further my education would be useless right now. I have the same complaints as my 90 year old grandfather, who survived a heart attack in August. I have most of the symptoms listed on that website. Chronic mental and physical fatigue are the most prevalent for me. My last physical hurrah was at the age of 15, when I was physically active all day without getting tired.
I did okay in junior high school, and nose-dived through high school. I don’t even have that good of a learning history. What the hell am I going to do?
If I was you I would turn to my faith, eat well, with the little energy I did have I would do light exercise to increase my endorphins and energy and find fulfilling hobby or enterprise even if it just 10 minutes out of my day. I would also surround myself with a few friends that I could provide friendship and hopefully they too would return the favor. Also I would get a pet if I had the capacity preferably a low maintenance one. Fish. Cat.
I’m 28 too, I recently lost my job, but tomorrow I’m going to have to buck the eff up, quit feeling sorry for myself and find another way to get a job. Now, let me tell you something and I mean this as a friend, here I just slid you a beer, drinks on me bud. :) at 28 you are still very young to go back to school and do it affordably. I used to be a college counselor, please FReepmail me man, let’s talk about your education and how we’re going to get through this. Things are better than you imagine, I’m serious, I got my own struggles too and believe it or not they are similar to yours. But we will get through this, we will have families and get work, please don’t give up.

I’m sorry about your illness. Maybe you could work at a low level job in a company you’d like to work for. Work your way up, staying in low energy desk positions. Forget this a h president. Just try and prove yourself to someone you’d like to work for,
