I believe it was one of Clinton’s flunkies that said something like, “Just like that !! Stroke of the pen, law of the land!” He was refering to a just signed Exec. Order, which happens to be Obama’s favorite means of enacting public policy. Clinton was Obama Lite in this regard, seldom subjecting his new public policy desires to the messy legislaltive debate and vote process.

He will over reach to the point that his own base will turn, also he will be impeached causing a civil war. The branches will refuse to follow the presidents orders and the communist that we were told infiltrated us years ago are rounded up and shipped to Iran and Cuba. Except for the real traitors who will be lined up against the piece of the Iron Curtain in Illinois and shot.

“Even if they wanted to do this, I find it hard to believe that they’d be willing to spend the time and effort to get the amendment changed. Heck — even a lot of Democrats with political aspirations would be dead-set against this.”

Hehe, naive you are tonight, eh?

If Obama got the Congressional ‘rats together, and told them “I want this”, most of them would line up like ducks in a row to comply.

I don’t believe they could prevail, but watch ‘em try...

If the dead can vote...

If the Dead can vote then the dead gotta be able to eat and do many other things that a normal person can do, well except hold a job and be a productive memeber of society.

The Dead Gotta Eat...

It just occured to me, all those dead voters need to eat too, I mean if you are dead and you just spent a long election season voting several times for your favorite democrat president, the food stamp president and you get bupkiss for your your vote, well nuts to that, why not sign your corpse-y self up for some government cheese? I mean if dead people gotta vote, dead people gotta eat too?

If Obama is gonna double down in his second term, why not double down on his food stamp numbers by making sure that his favorite voting block is asking “what can government do for me”....

So grab a shovel and a piece of paper and pencil and an acorn clipboard and head down to the local cemetary to sign up the dead tired, starving to death, and those who are just dying to get a good meal or two...

The dead gotta eat, and voting is hungry work.... Starve the beast by feeding the dead...

The Dead Gotta Read...

You gotta be able to read to vote and the dead are no exception. I would suspect that the dead read things like the New Your Slimes, Washington Compost, Mother Bones, and the Rolling GraveStones... So every single magazine subscription card you get need not be thrown away, instead fill it out with name of the dead voter and the address of their residence which would be the cemetary. The dead have got to be able to read all the liberal crap magazines because after all they vote Democrat Every Single Time....

The dead gotta read, cause you gotta read to vote... Starve the lieberal MSM media beast...

The Dead need a Phone...

Besides Voting the dead gotta be avle to take phone calls, how else are they supposed to respond to pollsters asking them which way they will vote. It is so very hard to get a landline installed at your gravesite these days but there is a solution, the magical Obamaphone is just the thing. Sign up all these poor “Living Impaired - Americans” to an Obama Phone or two, heck they may need more phones as after the batteries run out in their first phone they can’t recharge them, I haven’t seen too many electrical sockets in graveyards.

The Dead gotta be Polled... Starve the Beast by Picking up the Courtesy phone...

Many may thik this is humour but it is not supposed to be funny, and many here have talked about “Going Galt”....

To heck with “going Galt” it is too slow, instead of going just over their heads by going Galt and refusing to be a maker, Go WAY OVER THEIR HEADS and “Poll Vault” by becoming a SUPER TAKER, or an “Under Maker” and sign up the dead to as many social programs and government freebies as undead-humanly possible.

If it is good enough for an election system that the UN observers from craphole countries are suprised about how insecure it is. But the left cries “voter supression” like a stuck pig when a simple fraud prevention measure like photo ID is required by a state, then why the hell should the welfare state and the aparatus that supports it be any different.

When you are fighting against people who’s playbook is dedicated to satan (rules for radicals), you have to start using the playbook written by cuthulu!

Trying to play Mr. Rogers doesn’t work when the Civil Society has been destroyed by the “Great Society”, it is time to play Mr. Macavelli.

To hell with Civil Disobedience, it is past that now, it is now time for Economic Disobedience, and Social Program Disobedience.

They want Communism, Maybe we should give them so much damned communism they choke on the damn stuff by collapsing the socialist systems they have “frog boiled” us into taking. We MUST shove that communism they love so DAMNED MUCH so DAMNED far down their DAMNED throats that they will still be crapping out hammers and sickles after they become the “Voting Dead” because they will be ANYWAY.

But is must be done SOON, because once they take away certain parts or all of amendments 1-10, the quick reset option will not be possible, just misery and Soviet style decline.

I’ve been making the same claim on the AOL message boards for the past two years. Oblamer believes that if Hugo Chavez could do it, so can he.
Will and Executive Order be enough?

It requires a Constitutional Amendment, approval by 2/3 of the House and senate and ratification by 3/4 of the states. No way is this going to happen.

I have a lot of libertarians on my politics only Facebook account. As well as free market anarchists/voluntaryists—they were all clearly far more OK with Obama winning over Romney. In fact, most really detest the republicans and conservatives. Makes zero sense to me but it’s true.

An amendment can't be ruled unconstitutional, it would never have been made a part of the Constitution in the first place.

Lets not start imagining problems, Obama is going to be gone in 4 years.

No one is saying he is to be trusted, but the Constitution is very clear on how many terms a President can have.

There are other Democrats who want to be President also.

This ad from Stansberry just appeared on Drudge, predicting that the economy will boom in Obama's second term, giving him the leeway to expand his power so far as to enable a third and maybe fourth term. To save you the trouble of watching/listening to the whole video, here's a summary: Obama is in the right place at the right time to take advantage of the forthcoming oil and gas boom due to fracking and horizontal drilling technology. Spindletop (1901) made possible the expansion of presidential power under Teddy Roosevelt. The East Texas field exploited by H.L. Hunt (1934) led to the end of the Great Depression, expanding presidential power under FDR. Today, according to Stansberry, the oil shale boom is even bigger: "20 new Persian Gulf fields right here in the U.S." and "The U.S. will outperform Saudi Arabia by the end of the decade." Chemical companies are now relocating facilities back to the U.S. because of the boom here in natural gas production, and soon in oil production.

This will be a huge gift to the Obama administration, and a huge opportunity for Obama to squeeze political contributions from thousands of productive companies. Shakedown city, leading to American socialism, by the same process that Venezuela's oil wealth led to Hugo Chavez's rise.

The video is an ad for his newsletter, so all the specific investment recommendations are anonymized by Stansberry, but are based on the current gas boom and the near-future oil boom

Goldman Sachs see the U.S. as the leading oil producer by 2017. Good for the U.S., but far better for Obama and the Democratic Party. U.S. will actually strengthen its superpower position. The number of active oil drilling rigs has already gone through the roof. The collapse in natural gas prices will soon be followed by a collapse in oil prices (oil inventories in the U.S. are already at a near-record highs).

Gas is already displacing oil and coal as fuel sources. Using natural gas can save a big-rig trucker almost $20K/year in fuel prices. Switching millions of trucks to natural gas can save over 1 million barrels of oil per day. The market will eventually equalize the price of gas and oil, by increasing exports and consequently increasing prices.

Exports of natural gas will put Obama in the catbird seat, building his personal power around the world (a la Putin and Chavez). Millions of Americans will applaud the extension of Obama's power because they'll be getting more free stuff. Socialism will gain even more favor, leading to a third term for Obama.

Investment advice: you can make money by investing in natural gas and oil. We can't avoid socialism: almost everyone will soon be feeding at the government trough. But you can make money through private enterprise, by investing in the tool-makers and the infrastructure needed to get oil and gas to market (as in the past, Britain and Royal Dutch Shell profited from the discovery of oil in Indonesia by building the Suez Canal.) We need a huge investment in LNG terminals and tankers. Stansberry recommends an unnamed shipping company as a "sure thing" and another unnamed company that is the only company that is building LNG terminals for operation in the near future. Obama will decide who gets the license to operate the terminal, when he gets good and ready -- i.e., when the political donations are large enough.

A third way to make money: invest in an electric company who will soon see much lower energy prices, hence much larger profits. 900 of the next 1000 power plants will be natural gas rather than coal.

A fourth way: invest in the takeover of an Israeli offshore natural gas producer (ATP Oil and Gas, ATPG) who is still undervalued, because the company is bankrupt. But buy the assets, not the company, for pennies on the dollars, by buying the company's bonds as "distressed debt".

One report is called "Global Oil Value Monitor", and shows valuation analysis for all the companies Stansberry is tracking, with a focus on assets, not stocks. The decline in oil prices will hurt stock prices, so buy "huge tracts of land" with oil and gas under them.

Stansberry will send you four research reports for "free", with trial subscription. 440,000 paid subscribers. Previously made huge gains in high tech, nuclear energy, dental brace technology, new prescription drugs, internet technology, government contractors, silver, mining, government-backed mortgages, Hershey's chocolate.

Full year of news letter for $99, including four free reports with no-risk trial. U.S. will soon be world's most powerful energy state. Second Fridays: new report showing how to make money. Every Monday, recommendations.

How do I (Stansberry) know so much: from my good friend Cactus, a Texas oil man who spends all his time in the oil fields. He started telling me about the new developments eight years ago. He's made a sizable fortune already. There's a new shale play evolving, that few know about, with 35 billion barrels of oil. Buy shares in a company with a stake in this, who's getting the Japanese to pay for their drilling. Another free report: "America's Secret Shale Play", with no-risk subscription.

Today only: subscription plus five reports for just $49.50, because I want you to know about this. If you're not happy after four months, tell us and get your money back.

And click here to subscribe.

Sorry for the sales pitch (I have nothing to do with Stansberry), but at least I've saved you the hour needed to watch the video. I thought y'all might enjoy the red meat at the beginning.

The one that gets me is Prohibition (I’m too lazy to look up the numbers of the amendments, sorry). I know the battle for Prohibition went on for decades, if not longer, finally they got the Amendment passed. Then, only a very few years later they got it overturned! Also the vote for 18 year olds seemed to get passed pretty quickly and the post civil war amendments too, but that was special circumstances.

NYC did get their term limits law changed to 3 terms (sooooo stuuuuupid), but I very much doubt Obama could get the constitution amended in 4 years to allow him more time in office. I’d like to see him try though.

I’m afraid I don’t share your optimism as to the length an Obama controlled court would go. Who is going to stop them? The media will back it 100%, the new majority will demand it and only the racist white republican minority will even question it. Stayed tuned, this isn’t your country anymore. This isn’t a country ruled by laws anymore, it is a country ruled by the emotions and passions of the masses.

Check out the turnout numbers in Philly, Cleveland, Miami-Dade, St. Lucie and Broward counties in Fl. and Portsmouth county Va., and I’m sure there are others. Nobody on our side is asking for recounts or investigations except West and the courts have refused to impound the ballots last I heard. We now live in a banana republic my friend.

Nobody with two good eyes needed four years to see what this man was and the dark powers that he represented. It was evident long before he was ever elected.

But you are right, I candy-coated my assessment of those unwilling to see. It’s not love of country that’s blinding them. It’s love of lifestyle, and love of stuff.
