Jon Bon Jovi's 19-year-old daughter Stephanie Rose Bongiovi has been arrested and charged for drug possession after allegedly overdosing this morning.
Police are said to have been called after the Hamilton College student - whose rockstar father battled drug addiction in his youth - was found unresponsive in her dorm room in Kirkland, New York in the early hours of Wednesday.

a small bag of heroin, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia was later discovered in Stephanie's room.
The teenager was brought to hospital and was later arrested for drugs possession and charged with three misdemeanours. A friend of Stephanie's is also said to be facing a misdemeanour charge.
Jon Bon Jovi's rep has so far refused to comment.
Stephanie - who is the oldest of Jon's four children with wife Dorothea Hurley - is expected to be released from hospital today and is pending a future court appearance.

Years ago I lived in a college town where the daughter of a VERY prominent American went down in a drug bust. Both the college and the local sheriff worked to keep it quiet so as to not ruin the rest of her life.

The father has had his issues with partying and has smoked weed from what I hear. So the daughter got that message and went too far sadly because when heroin enters the picture, it’s very bad news.
She had such good role models growing up. lol

I just found out today that someone I had known for many years, son, was busted for heroin possession. Kind of shocking, this is Sacramento, not Harlem.
I think he got drug diversion but I believe heroin is hard to kick with a lifetime of temptation.
No doubt, her relation to Jon Bongjovi leads people to want to hang out with her and a lot of those type of people are not looking out for her best interests. Sad to hear but at least she’s alive.

By secular standards, you’d think people in this situation would be the happiest people around. However, their existence must be hollow if they’re chasing such ‘thrills’.
I went to school with a person like this. Silver spoon, raced cig boats to try to keep himself entertained and died in his early 20s in the grimiest part of the closest big city. He didn’t get a warning shot over his bow but hopefully JBJ’s daughter gets the message and smartens up before she’s standing at the Judgement Seat with a needle in her arm.

Christie held a press conference and was asked about Obama before the election. He said there were two people who knew who he would be voting for: Romney and Obama.
He said both knew he would be voting for Romney.
I voted for Romney too but he didn’t lose because of Gov. Christie.
Several years ago (around 15 or so) I was on vacation at a small resort in Georgia (Little St. Simon's Island). This place has family-style dining, and since the maximum capacity is 24 guests (and there are usually only around 8-10 at any given time).
After a few meals with this one couple, we learned that their daughter was married to Jon Bon Jovi, so we pressed for all the gory details. Much to my surprise, we were told that the backroom setup (and life in general) at concerts was like a health-food nut's paradise... fruits, juices, health food... not a drop of alcohol or drugs at all in their lives.
Considering who her Father is and the ‘Rats the contol NY State and the US Justice Department I’m assuming the charges will be quietly droped in exchange for her going to rehab.....or the evidence will get conviently “lost”. Likely she will do a stint at a luxury drug “Rehab”/Resort.
