Attorneys for Allen West say they have proof of voting discrepancies

ST. LUCIE COUNTY -- Attorneys for Allen West said late Thursday they had discovered possible discrepancies after a review of early and absentee ballot information. Nearly 1,000 votes may be in question, according to Tim Edson, Allen West for Congress campaign manager.

In a letter to Secretary of State Ken Detzner, attorneys said 110 early votes were cast in a precinct that didn't have enough early voters to support the number of votes cast.

Four hundred eighty-eight people cast early votes in precinct 28, they said, but election returns showed 499 early votes were counted.

Attorneys also raised concerns about 121 voters they said had returned absentee ballots but did not appear to have been assigned precinct.

West has refused to concede the race for the 18th Congressional district despite trailing Patrick Murphy, his Democratic challenger, by approximately 1,900 votes -- more than the .5% margin that would trigger an automatic recount.

Earlier, volunteer attorneys for West petitioned Detzner to conduct a preliminary investigation into the election and for a machine recount in three counties.

In a letter to Detzner, attorneys Mark Young and Jeffrey Scott Shapiro said 809 votes disappeared when the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections retabulated the final three days of early votes on Sunday.

Young and Shapiro said the missing votes, which accounted for 3.2% of the retabulated votes, amounted to an irregularity.

After the retabulation, West received a net increase of 535 votes over Murphy.

This is the full article that Mitt Romney tweeted about:
(see above)

These elections are NOT certified yet. The only way to get this investigated, much less recounted or overturned, is through the Secretary of State of each of the five key states: Florida, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. EVEN IF YOU ARE IN ANOTHER STATE you can help. But it won’t do any good to dilute our effort to challenge California or Michigan or other states. Until a major group gets involved to do more, here is the plan:

Contact the Secretary of State of the state in question. (See contact information below. Please provide others in COMMENTS.)

Send them the press clippings, or personal testimonials of clear vote fraud witnessed. (Statistical aberrations are helpful too like a historical 50% turnout in 2004, 2008 but a 90% turnout in a specific precinct despite an overall LOWER state turnout.)

Demand a public recount AND investigation, with a commitment to fight to replace THEM in the next election if they do not do so.

Email/Phone/Visit EVERY WEEK if not EVERY DAY. This will take weeks of steady pressure to get them to move.
Get your friends and neighbors to do the same.
Contact the OTHER 4 states to do the same as above.
Contact the Governor and the local GOP office with the SAME pressure.
(List of web contacts for each below)

If you are in those states (or know people who are) start attempting to find OTHERS with evidence of fraud. See if you can identify the precinct judges where the statistical aberations occur to pass along to the True the Vote which is set up to sue these entities with Judicial Watch.

Try to visit (or call) your local representative asking for their help to put pressure on. It doesn’t hurt that if they don’t or won’t you make it your goal to find and fund a challenger to them for allow open and honest elections – the fabric of freedom in this country – to not only go unchallenged, but to institutionalized.

Contact your city, state and national media to keep this story alive as well. (Fox News has an email just for this at voterfraud@foxnews.com)

Help us find, fund or coordinate willing lawyers, statisticians, pollsters and activists.

I can not reiterate enough that if this is NOT CHALLENGED NOW, we will could loose the House of Representatives in 2014 and possibly every election forward to massive voter fraud. Imagine Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi reenacting the first two years of Obama’s reign with more Stimulus, Cash for Cars, Solyndra’s and ObamaCare’s.

This fight can not be put off for another election cycle or another day. Or there will no longer be a constitutional America. Put down your foot and make the declaration, “THIS VOTE FRAUD WILL NOT STAND!”

Attorney’s for Murphy want to run out the clock and say West should come back after votes are certified — yeh right!!!

Attorneys for West said that the SoE agreed to count all the 37,000 and then didn’t. She should be compelled to do what she agreed to do.

Court in recess. Judge considering the testimony.

Everything connected with the actual vote & processing of same should be impounded for full investigation, and the result certification enjoined until further order.

For once, our side seems to be playing "hard-ball," which is very long over-due.

After all the disappoints of the last couple of weeks, it’s good to see that we still have a man willing to stand up, fight and do the right thing.

Crowds began to emerge around 11 a.m. in front of the St. Lucie County courthouse to express support for Congressman Allen West’s call for a complete recount in the Congressional District 18 race.

The West supporters were confronted by a half dozen protesters that said that West does not support them and that do not want to pay for a recount.

Hello, Jane, If you are there at the court house, maybe you can start whispering “Athens, Tennessee 1947” to every one. Just go up and down the hallway.

He was denied by the court.

He will have to wait until after the votes are certified to challenge them.

The St Lucie Board is meeting right now among other things to decide whether to recount the 37,000 as they originally agreed to. Little chance of that.

This is the full article that Mitt Romney tweeted about

Mitt Romney did not tweet about this article. @PlanetRomney is not Mitt Romney, it's a Romney supporter (likewise, the "Sarah Palin" tweets you cite in your post are also not by Palin).
