Even if this is 100% correct any party or persons having any sort of intestinal fortitude would, if the evidence is truely there, pursue the voter fraud allegations in court. This is less about legality and more about the RNC:
a) Having no gonads
b) Being addicted to the political process
c) Being controlled by Faux conservatives
d) wanting to seem civilized in what essentially has become a jungle!

Also Richard M. Nixon set the standard for turning the other cheek in 1960, when his race was likely stolen by the dead of Chicago, St. Louis, and south Texas. Nixon refused to challenge his loss because he would be painted as a “sore loser” and might not get another chance to run. He al;so claimed a challenge would weaken America during the Cold War. But he and Pat went to their graves truly believing they were defrauded. The lesson was not understood by Julie Nixon Eisenhower, who joined with Obama in 2008. We are truly the “Stupid Party” and shall so remain.

The agreement in effect gives a carte blanche to the Democrat Party to commit vote fraud in every voting district across America

And by Damn they are taking advantage of it too.

This smells to high Heaven. Rat stench all over it.

What about Col West and other Republicans who have hired lawyers and have challenged the count?

What you can do:

These elections are NOT certified yet. The only way to get this investigated, much less recounted or overturned, is through the Secretary of State of each of the five key states: Florida, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. EVEN IF YOU ARE IN ANOTHER STATE you can help. But it won’t do any good to dilute our effort to challenge California or Michigan or other states. Until a major group gets involved to do more, here is the plan:

Contact the Secretary of State of the state in question. (See contact information below. Please provide others in COMMENTS.)

Send them the press clippings, or personal testimonials of clear vote fraud witnessed. (Statistical aberrations are helpful too like a historical 50% turnout in 2004, 2008 but a 90% turnout in a specific precinct despite an overall LOWER state turnout.)

Demand a public recount AND investigation, with a commitment to fight to replace THEM in the next election if they do not do so.

Email/Phone/Visit EVERY WEEK if not EVERY DAY. This will take weeks of steady pressure to get them to move.
Get your friends and neighbors to do the same.
Contact the OTHER 4 states to do the same as above.
Contact the Governor and the local GOP office with the SAME pressure.
(List of web contacts for each below)

If you are in those states (or know people who are) start attempting to find OTHERS with evidence of fraud. See if you can identify the precinct judges where the statistical aberations occur to pass along to the True the Vote which is set up to sue these entities with Judicial Watch.

Try to visit (or call) your local representative asking for their help to put pressure on. It doesn’t hurt that if they don’t or won’t you make it your goal to find and fund a challenger to them for allow open and honest elections – the fabric of freedom in this country – to not only go unchallenged, but to institutionalized.

Contact your city, state and national media to keep this story alive as well. (Fox News has an email just for this at voterfraud@foxnews.com)

Help us find, fund or coordinate willing lawyers, statisticians, pollsters and activists.

I can not reiterate enough that if this is NOT CHALLENGED NOW, we will could loose the House of Representatives in 2014 and possibly every election forward to massive voter fraud. Imagine Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi reenacting the first two years of Obama’s reign with more Stimulus, Cash for Cars, Solyndra’s and ObamaCare’s.

This fight can not be put off for another election cycle or another day. Or there will no longer be a constitutional America. Put down your foot and make the declaration, “THIS VOTE FRAUD WILL NOT STAND!”

Exactly. And this supposedly happened in NJ and not in a national election. I call BS, also. Amazing a Colonel and his lawyers do not know this but ALL the GOP does. And a retired 88 year old judge can hold the USA captive for 42 years.

Next they will say there was a rider attached to it that they can’t vet a ‘rat presidential candidate either. That’s the next story for their hard workers who labor for love.

This is nuts! Busy work - it's insulting yet laughable. Just one example, poor Scott Walker, Governor of Wisconsin, needs daily visits/emails from me and my friends and neighbors to keep steady pressure on him to 'move' on voter fraud!!

Help put the pressure on Tea Party reps in congress to nominate Allen West as Speaker of the House.

*The speaker does not have to be an elected member of the house.
*The majority "can" control the vote for speaker, but that doesn't mean the speaker is guaranteed to be a republican.
If the TP caucus would stick together on this they could force the RINOs to support West or chance giving the seat back to Pelosi.
* It's time to stand up!

You assign ‘tuck tail’ to the wrong person - Am I the one your post is directed at OR is it referencing the Governor’s that need daily steady pressure to move on voter fraud? Now who is tucking their tail and slinking away that needs daily steady pressure.

ANSWER ME THAT!!

The blog laments a consent decree the RNC entered in 1982. THe decree doesn’t ban the RNC from doing anything; it allows them to do a lot of things, and requires “pre-clearance” for other things.

In the history of the consent decree, the RNC has NEVER asked for pre-clearance. the court has never denied the RNC clearance, because the RNC has never asked for clearance.

If the RNC isn’t running voter fraud programs, it is because they chose not to, not because of this consent decree.

So the entire point of the blog is wrong.

The blog also wrongly claims that in 4 swing states, Romney was leading in the polls right before the election; in reality, Obama was leading in 3 of the 4 states, and only losing slightly in Florida, which Obama only won slightly.

It also repeats claims about 90% turnout in some Philidelphia precincts, while citing for another claim a news article that explicitly states the 90% figure was fictional.

And it claims that high percentages for Obama were an aberration, where in fact Obama had high percentages in 2008 as well.

It also claims that 400,000 votes is a “small number”, as if it would be easy to commit that much fraud. But it gives no actual evidence for any known fraud, and cherry-picking results can easily change election results; a much smaller number of votes would cost Bush both 2000 and 2008 elections.

Frankly, that requires dealing with the lying fifth column media, too! ... Guillotines from orbit, it’s the only way.

where in fact Obama had high percentages in 2008 as well.

So you are saying that there was no fraud in 08 for a UNVETTED Hidden document, no experience presidential candidate?

It also claims that 400,000 votes is a “small number”, as if it would be easy to commit that much fraud. But it gives no actual evidence for any known fraud,

I supposed you missed ONE guy on facebook bragging he voted FIVE times. I guess your head was stuck in the sand then. How nice to come out when all is said and done!

Yes, because nobody ever lies on Facebook.

But I presume people did commit fraud. 5 is somewhat less than 400,000, but let’s not get into that “math” thing. I also presume that there’s at least one person somewhere who voted more than once for a republican.

There is no evidence of specific fraud that was enough to change the race.

What you have is dozens of anecdotes which define a “pattern” which then are claimed to be proof of fraud sufficient to change the outcome. But that’s like pointing to a bunch of old computer parts, and claiming you have a supercomputer.

I agree with your comments on this and the other post about this consent decree. I do know Florida law, and can attest that all of these provisions are part of the existing statutory framework by which we run elections.
Further- if the shoe was on the other foot, I doubt any conservative would approve of Black Panthers at the polls challenging their right to vote. Intimidation runs in both directions.
In Florida, political parties have legal access to voter rolls, and use them constantly. We look up telephone numbers to help our campaigns make those awful robocalls. We set up phone banks, walking lists, and other means of directly contacting voters. So here is the reality:
When we determine a voter has moved, or died, or the address is bogus, or any other FACT casting doubt on their eligibility, we contact the county Supervisor of Elections, who has a process under the statute to contact the voter, and remove them from the rolls. It happens all the time.

At election time, we volunteer to be poll watchers at the precincts- and take action under the law to be sure the volunteer (often elderly) poll workers follow the law. The action does not include confronting voters directly- we contact the Supervisor, who has the statutory responsibility to handle these situations. And we volunteer to monitor vote counts. It makes for some long days. So don't tell me we just lay down and do nothing.

As a party- we can't intimidate them, or threaten them, or otherwise interfere with their right to vote. We can't have armed or uniformed officers at the polls. It is not our job.

Our County Clerks notify the Supervisor when death notices are filed, or someone is convicted of a felony, or judged incompetent, and they are also removed from the rolls under our law.

We just scrubbed 600 or so illegal aliens from the rolls who used Motor Voter to register to vote (illegally) over the protests of the leftists. The ones who actually voted (most didn't) were referred for prosecution.

In short- as a Republican activist for more decades than I care to recall, the idea that we ignore voter fraud is just bogus. Like all criminals, the fraudsters are clever and persistent, but we are vigilent and persistent.

And we work within the law to affect changes needed. Right now, we are pushing for a change in the state statute of limitations for 3rd degree felonies to insure illegal voters can be prosecuted even if we don't discover the crime for 4 or more years.

I doubt the author has been actively involved in either party activities or state/local government, or he wouldn't offer the solutions he does. The answer if your state is problematic is MORE involvement, not less. Work to elect conservatives to all levels of government, work to change your laws to give the officials the authority they need to combat fraud. It's easy to whine that it's hopeless and turn your back. What's hard is making a difference.
Let the flames begin.
GG
