We request that Barack Obama be impeached for the following reasons.
1. He proclaimed war in libya without getting congress approval first. Article I, Section 8- Only congress can approve to start war.
2. Obamacare is unconstitutional. Forcing US citizens to get health insurance whether they want it or not.
3. Obama disrespects our Constitution calling it flawed and trying to change it even after taking this oath:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States,
and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
4. Appointing agency “czars” without Senate approval.
Is this on the heels of those “peaceful withdrawal from the Union” petitions . . . ?
What about for treason, incompetence, dereliction of duty, and lying to the public about the events in Benghazi, Libya, that led to the massacre of four U.S. citizens?
I think that should be number one.
For whatever good it might do, all FReepers should email Boehner and insist that the House begin proceedings for impeachment given Petraeus’s recent testimony. Even if successful, it would never pass in the Senate, of course, but it would send an important and uplifting message of “No Confidence” to the American people (and the rest of the world) regarding Hussein Obama.
A simple truth is that no one - NO ONE - will ever dare bring up the prospect of impeachment no matter how far he goes in violating his oath of office or the constitution.
Dumb.
Roberts already ensured the Unconstitutional argument for Obamacare is a moot point. There’s plenty of good reasons to go after Obama - this treatment is one of the weakest yet.
For the record: now that SCOTUS has ruled, we have to go after it as bad law. Unfortunately, we seem to be losing that argument to the Useless Eaters based on this last election.
Let it burn. It’s the only way now.

I would think his own followers will want him impeached just because every state in America has started a petition to secede.
The House can impeach but it will take the Senate to convict to see any real results.

First we have to figure out just who is starting what. 45 states petitioning to leave the Union, and now stuff like this, whose timbre is just too much like those petitions?
Regrettably, Thomas Sowell’s assertion that a race war is already burgeoning, with the mainstream media trying to cover up the fact, sounds like the truth. May be related or unrelated to this strange proliferation of petitions to the White House’s website, but I’d like to face the truth rather than have it blindside me, in all cases.

What we can do is a mass school boycott over the holidays. And we can do that right now. Hussein needs to be tried for treason. Not executed, though. It would be great to see him spend the rest of his life in an 8x8 cell instead of in his $40,000,000 Hawaiian mansion. And he’s such a girly boy, he’d have plenty of social “interaction”.
Why not just go down to the river, piss in it and see if the tide comes up.
1. Over half of the voters in America just re-elected this farce of a President.They knew what he was guilty of before they voted. It did not matter to them.
2. The House has to do the impeaching, and Boehner is the leader there.
