What is KEH's warranty policy? We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise for 14 days, no questions asked, from the invoice date. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund within 14 days of your invoice date. New Equipment Warranties on new equipment are provided by the manufacturer. New equipment must be returned to the manufacturer for service after 14 days from the invoice date. Used Equipment KEH includes a 6 month, non-transferable warranty on used products. Defective equipment must be returned to KEH and may be repaired, replaced or refunded at our option. Warranty is voided in the event of customer damage or misuse. Select collectible items are not guaranteed to be sold in working condition as they are sold for collectible value only. Items purchased from our AS-IS category are sold as "no warranty and no return". Warranty limited to repair or replacement of equipment only and does not include cost of rentals, lost fees, or other expenditures. Certain items in Collectibles are sold for their collectible value only and are not covered by any warranty. These categories include Agfa/Ansco, Kodak Collectibles, Large Format Collectibles, Miscellaneous Collectibles and Novelty. Also exempt from warranty is As-Is equipment. An optional 1 to 3 year warranty (from date of purchase) is available for many of our new and used camera bodies and lenses. The warranty must be purchased at the same time as the covered equipment. The price of the warranty is based on the type and value of the equipment. Do you offer extended warranties? Yes, KEH does offer third party extended warranties covering the vast majority of our new and used bodies and lenses. Please contact a KEH sale representative at (770) 333-4200 for pricing information, as the extended warranty must be purchased on the same invoice as the equipment being covered by the warranty. Due to the complexity of ensuring the correct extended warranty is purchased, KEH does not offer extended warranties on its website. What do KEH's equipment grades mean? We believe that our grading system is the best in the industry and offers an option for every taste and budget. We strive to provide clear, accurate descriptions of each grade so you will know what to expect when you buy from us.
