Too busy to read the whole thing but I'm not sure what this means.Why would a cop need a criminal defense lawyer unless he/she was afraid of being prosecuted? This case STINKS TO HIGH HEAVENS and has from the very start...anything that Reverend Al is involved immediately takes on the whiff of freshly laid pig shite.The photos of Zimmerman's bloody head don't *prove*,to *me* at least,that it was a justifiable homicide (self defense) but they,alone,suggest strongly enough that it was that I vote not guilty!

I don't think he has had his deposition yet and is afraid of O'Mara's/West's potential questions. One might be:
Did you ever speak to anyone outside of the department about this case during that time???
Despite all the discussion back and forth for all these months, the police report of that night still stands as the most reliable unalterable document pointing to an assault followed by a self-defense shooting. And yet you Serino with all of this evidence of self-defense still file for a Capias???
He's smart to have an attorney. He will need one. He may plead the 5th on several occasions during his deposition.
