SOUTH SACRAMENTO -

A shopper threatened to stab people while in line for K-Mart doorbuster deals in South Sacramento.

A line of hundreds had started wrapping the building on Stockton Boulevard since 2 a.m.

TOPICS: Business/Economy
KEYWORDS:
They could not wait till Friday to kill each other?

Again this makes me sick.

I remember when Christmas was about Christ.

Wait on a line like a jackass. I’ll buy my big and small ticket objects on the web thank you.

At K-mart? What could K-Mart possibly sell that's worth engaging in violence over?

Since K Mart merged with Sears they do have some better stuff. Like Craftsman and Kenmore. Basically everything Sears has.

Oh, that’s right. It’s been so long since I’ve set foot in K-Mart. Last thing I picked up there was a patio table marked down to bupkis.

ACE hardware now carries Craftsman tools.

Wouldn’t it be nice to be CCW and say to that person “How about starting with me?”

Eating a lot of baked beans before joining such a line will help move people along. Cheap beer and beans will guarantee it.

The wife usually gets serious around 10 days before Christmas then panics. Me? I wish the present thing would go away completely. But if I need to buy just about anything. I go online...or Costco (on a non busy weekday morning).

When I had little kids, I swear every time I went to Kmart and was standing in the checkout line, I either saw somebody beating their kids or I felt like beating my kids.

Musta been something they pumped in the air.

Prepare to be flamed by multiple freepers who never heard of Thanksgiving, but are certain that this is "The American Way."

I will guarantee you that there is not one REAL freeper that does not know and love turkey day and Christmas. Pretty sure that number is around 0.

It is Sacramento, People’s Democratic Republic of California - “May Issue” CCWs. If you’re not connected, you can’t carry (legally). If you ARE connected, you’re not shopping at K-Mart.

Probably a crime of convenience - I'd wager that K-Mart has a no guns policy whereas I can carry in Wal Mart any time I go in...his knife would have been useless.
