How did marshmallows get on my sweet potatoes?

I suppose it gets into a real taste test, which is better for various dishes. For example, I would not use garnets in a sweet potato pie, too strong, but think they are a heartier flavor for a casserole.

In either case, I think they are underdeveloped as far as recipes go.

I like them all but Garnets do have a stronger flavor. I would like to try some of those other varieties but our grocery has never carried them. Usually I just bake them and put butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, salt and black pepper on them. My usual for winter squashes like Acorn too.

I would grow some sweet potatoes but here in Zone 5 verging on Zone 4 that isn't going to happen.
