Yes, you have it right, when Obama was deemed eligible by 50 state’s Secretary of State, and Certified by U.S Congress, then sworn in by the Supreme Court Justice of the United States, I became a believer that Obama is in fact the legal and constitutional President of the United States and will continue to be until such time as he is impeached, resigns or otherwise leaves office.
