I think it’s ‘A Moose once bit my sister.’ And ‘hugh’ (huge) and ‘series’ (serious) was another.

And the classic, ‘Stunned my Beeber.’ Or was it ‘Stuned?’

How I miss the good old days! Nothing like a daily ZOT to keep you full of hopey-changey Hope for America! *SMIRK*

Yep! I’m from Detroit so so the whole area in general (minus Illinois) has me hopeful lately.

I know about my sister (may she rot!) but there was something about cheese and not about cheese and whine, just cheese, and it wasn’t about taking a shower while eating cheese.

I grew up in inner-city Milwaukee, WI and we were VERY poor. My folks had me young and we were all living with my Mom’s parents to keep us afloat. Mom worked as ‘Mary Secretary’ and Grandma took care of me while Dad was doing his Apprenticeships (plumbing, electrical, etc.) for about 25-cents an hour.

We were eligible for Free Government Cheese - and Day-um, if my Grandma didn’t make THE best baked Mac-N-Cheese on the PLANET out of that stuff!

I’ve never been able to duplicate that recipe - even with crushed Lays Potato Chips on top, LOL!

(I miss you Grandma, to this day, even twenty-seven years after...) *SNIF*

In my book, Cheese = LOVE :)
