Michael Meds is a closet LIBERAL - worked for the RAT Party way back in the “first worst President of our lifetime”, who has now replaced by Baraq Hussein Soetoro, our lord and savior (to quote a noted hollyweird actor).
At one time I am sure I heard him say that he had helped the Carter campaign but this morning I cannot find a reference to that little tidbit. From his wikipedia bio........
After his first year of law school, he left to work as a head speech writer for Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Joseph Duffey, and then for four years as a speech writer and political consultant. After political campaign work, including a position as an aide to Congressman Ron Dellums, Medved worked in advertising, and coordinated a campaign to recruit more African Americans and Hispanics to the police departments of the California cities of San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley.

Well, actually the good news for both O’Reilly and Medved, is that they at least moved more to the right in their lifetimes. They could have both stayed pure liberal. Don’t trust either of them to be anything resembling a true conservative, because they aren’t, but I’d rather have them as sometime political friends than 100 percent political enemies. You don’t always get perfection.
Just be aware that on some things both are perfectly capable of turning on us at times, because they really aren’t conservatives. My question is, how is it that some conservative people haven’t figured these two out a long time ago. It’s so obvious that they are RINO’s at best, or moderates in the pure sense of the word. Some things are self evident.

(When the gov't fears the people, liberty; When the people fear the gov't, tyranny.)
You're forgetting Medved’s real claim to fame: film critic and author of the wonderful “Golden Turkey Awards,” which he wrote with his brother.
He also wrote a book about Hollywood's descent into cruelty and sexuality. It was very good. I forget its title.
