I just filled out my annual Self Assessment in preparation for my annual perfomance review.
The form is completely changed from years past.
This year there is a secion on each of 3 pages called "DIVERSITY & INCLUSION".
This is a space where the employee is asked to list "What specific actions has the employee taken to enhance diversity and inclusion at [name of company].
I filled in each box with;
"Other than interviewing prospective candidates for positions within [company name], the employee has taken no specific actions to enhance diversity and inclusion at [company name].

So not only do there have to be special beauty pageants just for blacks, but whites are also forbidden from winning the pageants that are open to all races...AND they’re not allowed to have their own “whites only” pageant!
I know beauty pageants are not the most important thing in the world, but really, how much more of this anti-white hatred and discrimination are we going to take?
