Donkey cheese is irresistible, or at least articles about it are. A week ago, several British newspapers, notably The Daily Telegraph and The Daily Mail, reported that Novak Djokovic, the top-ranked mens tennis player, had bought the entire world supply of pule, a Serbian donkey cheese, for his restaurants.
The cheese, produced on a lone farm on Zasavica, a nature reserve west of Belgrade, had already made a small splash for its exorbitant price. At 1,000 euros per kilo, or about $600 per pound, it seemed to have inched past moose cheese to top the list of the worlds most expensive cheeses.

Oh, thank goodness. I was wondering what to get the Democrats for Christmas.

Obama and Biden getting Donkey Cheese.
“I’ll hold up his tail, Joe, and you put the bowl under it to get the cheese.”
“Good idea, Mr. President. That will make a great dip at the New Years party!”
I’ll have a pound of the ass cheese thanks.
Could be more like this:
“I’ll be the donkey. Joe. you do the milking so we can make donkey cheese”.
A donkey bit my sister once. Seriesly.
And you decided on ass cheese. How perfect!
How do you get out Fromunda that?
How do you make cheese from an animal that can’t produce milk?
A female donkey does produce milk, just not very much. And as a 20+ year cheesemaker I can tell you it takes a lot of milk to make cheese, roughly a gallon for a bit less than a pound. I would bet it would take milking 4 or 5 donkeys to get a gallon of milk. Maybe it does taste good, supply and demand will dictate that high a price.
