This is tried occasionally. It makes me wonder how often it happens that the people are getting away with it.

Maybe the guy should have claimed they were service animals to help with his anxiety over flying and holiday stress.

Steven Price: Snakes don't attack, unless they're provoked. Something up there's making them go crazy, possibly some kind of drug.

Neville: Well, that's good news: snakes on crack.

TSA regulations specifically exclude snakes from the "emotional support animals" the "disabled" are allowed to bring on planes.

"TSA regulations specifically exclude snakes from the "emotional support animals" the "disabled" are allowed to bring on planes."

In that case, he should have smuggled them inside his pot-bellied pig.

LOL! Great idea! Might work for smuggling drugs or prohibited botanical samples, too.

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
NOW that is a great line for parsing and WTF?

I am sure something was lost in translation

but my ORIGINAL conjuration had snakes concealed in his ‘Bulging Clothes’ BUT then they put inside his bag and made me wonder if he was outfitted with a catheter or perhaps he had a bad case of ‘T Cancer’ and possessed a large sac, which in itself would give a whole new meaning to ‘Snake(s) in the Grass’.

Who said, “Is that a snake in your pants, or are you just happy to see me?” Or, did I get it wrong?

Probably not. Whether they were venomous remains to be seen.

You mean if someone put a snake in your gin and tonic, it wouldn’t be poisonous?

Reminds me of the USAF pilots we knew, who were stationed in the M.E....and they had to make routine flights from base to Beirut...Karachi....South America...wherever.

They would always ask B4 they left, if we wanted to *change money* [for a much better rate than you could get on base].....and if it was a SA flight...they'd bring back snakes. I'd laugh to see their flight pants [w/ dozens of zippered pockets], wriggling and squirming. They seemed to do it just b/c they could and get away w/it..

I was on a Turkish Airlines flight from Istanbul to Izmir..and a goat was on the lap of a passenger during the whole flight.

Not uncommon with public transportation to have sheep, goats sitting on laps or tied to top of a bus. Most of the transportation has no air conditioning. Without the personal hygiene we westerners are accustomed to, it was nauseating. Hold my chickens while I tie my shoe please.
