She was a kid. She told a lie to avoid getting beaten by her abusive stepfather, and the adults exploited her. Even if she had wanted to tell the truth later, do you think these greedy criminals would have let her? Sharpton and her stepfather would have shut her up, one way or another. Sharpton should be in jail for this and for many other things he’s done, but Tawana was a pawn.

Do you know what would’ve happened to those men had they been convicted ? Lives and reputations were destroyed. Fake accusations as such ought to get twice the penalty for the real deal, and I don’t care what her age was. I don’t have much sympathy.

She was a kid.

She knew better and should have been sentenced to do the time of all she lied about.

Personally I think she should have been executed as an example to others.

Ruin a life have yours ruined.
