Does an NFA reg turns your residence into a search at will zone?
December 27, 2012 | Interweb tubes

Seeing that the CA Fascist thug from the US House of Lords, Dianne "Brownshirt" Feinstein. is threatening law-abiding US peasants with forced National Firearm Act registration of ALL semi-automatic weapons, the question arises:

Can the BATF search your house at will if you have an NFA registered weapon?

I have seen this answered in the affirmative elsewhere.

Basically, the Fascist thug old bat wants to get rid of the 4th Amendment for gun-owning peasants, as she knifes the Second Amendment in the back.

Funny how those bastards think they know what everybody else needs.

That sort of thing does not happen here when firearms purchasess - on both sides of he aisle and in all populations with respect to political persuasion - are at an all time high, and have been hitting record levels, both among Republicans and Democrats - for several years.

But, yes, it’s just an opinion; time will tell.

Diane Fienstien is a full fledged NAZI.
I’d wager a large sum her husband is gonna make millions
on the sudden demand and double to triple price increases on AK and SKSs he imports before they start the legislative process. The two probably had this all planned as one last raping of Americans before the treasonist bitch retires!

Whether it does or doesn't, this administration will interpret it so it does.

I assume Americans are not paying $40-$60 each for 30-round AR-15 magazines, and $1,500-$2,000 each for black rifles because they want to sell them “back” to Nancy Pelosi for $5 each on the magazines and $500 each on the rifles (involuntarily trading our own property for token amounts of our own money!). I just hoped that the far left fringe would back off in time to avoid another civil war. I don’t expect a just ruling through the Constitution and the Supreme Court. The only resolution for this conflict is through the ultimate source of government power - the people. Watering the Tree of Liberty is sometimes necessary but always ugly.

Well, if the answer is yes, then why would you register them? Just don’t register, and they have no right to search your home, so they can’t confiscate your weapons.

The “Boating accident” answer is cute, but it is what THEY want you to say, and it will get you locked up just like Martha Stewart.

If questioned about ANYTHING, ask if they are conducting an investigation, and if so, you will answer NOTHING without your attorney. Any other answer will only be Hillery’s favorite answer during Whitewqter (256 times!) I do not recall or I do not remember. Nothing else!

The Chi-Coms demand that American citizens be disarmed.. and who is the first to spring into action?

It's no secret that Feinstein and her financier husband Richard Blum have close ties to Red China. Some of their wealth comes from Red China.

And there's this from 2001,

Chinese pilot Wang Wei twice "buzzed" the U.S. EP-3 Aries II plane over international waters, flying directly for the EP-3 Aries II, the F-8 hit the propeller of the U.S. plane's No. 1 engine causing the crash of the Chinese F-8.

I was angered that Ms Feinstein expressed her feelings "on behalf of the American people." I informed her in an angry letter that she did not speak for me. Her staff's reply was a copy of their publicity release claiming that she "did not apologize for the incident" and blamed confusion about her statements she made on "Crossfire;" she was expressing "sorrow that the Chinese pilot lost his life."

Best if the Americans apologise now - soon the Chinese could rule the US (2001)

"Dianne Feinstein, the senior senator from California, was unusual in rushing to apologise for the EP-3 incident."

(This article was not the source I was reacting to back then.)

Yes, clearly feelings are running strong just now. Whether things go one way or the other way is anyone’s guess.

What I am saying - personally - is that I believe that ultimately cooler heads will prevail, and no new (and invariably both misdirected and useless) legislation will be enacted.

“Well, if the answer is yes, then why would you register them? “

Violations are felonies. Failure to obey makes you a felon, with all the associated [non]privileges.

This is the ‘catch’ in many of these proposed laws.

Damned if you do, and Damned to Hell if you do not.

That does not mean I will.

Hmmm. Maybe the new third political party will be The Felons.

Time to read or re-read Unintended Consequences.

How did that line from the intro go?

"An objective observer might at this point have said, "Stripping motivated people of their dignity and rubbing their noses in it is a very bad idea."

A very bad idea indeed.

There are going to be a lot of unfortunate boating accidents.

Yes, I know it's a continuing FR joke for the humor-impaired, but do you think that telling the Brownshirt thugs that you lost your firearms is going to keep them off your back?

You and others had better come around to the realization that what is forthcoming is not going to be fun and games.

A well-placed .22LR is a deadly round, despite its size. I still carry a .32cal inside my pelvis, from a '74 robbery/shooting, and was lucky beyond belief.

“Personally, I doubt this will come to anything, or survive its first Supreme Court test if does.”

Do you really trust John Roberts? Just consider it a tax
and you can do as you will. As far as EO’s go, so what who’s
going to do anything about it anyway.

they have no right to search your home, so they can’t confiscate your weapons.

You are correct and mistaken at the same time. Constitutionally they have no right. Emergency EOs (illegally) give them that right. They were busting in doors in NO during Katrina, knocking people down and taking their weapons.

You want to talk rights? Might makes right. And contrary to what most FReepers seem to think, 80% of the grunts in the military *will* obey orders to kick your door in and search your house. And any half assed claims of boating accidents, Constitutional rights or any other BS will be answered with a boot on your neck at the minimum. More likely, if you don't get shot you will get your teeth kicked in.

These are very bad people and they are coming after you. These are facts. Just because we are not yet seeing mass internments, people disappearing from their homes in the middle of the night and (even) death squads is no proof they aren't coming. Read some of the fascist garbage being bandied about by DHS et al. They are not being very subtle about their intentions. In the near future this country will be more like Argentina, Valenzuela or any one of a number of third world countries. These people are no different than Heinrich Himmler, Reinhard Heydrich and the rest of the fascist perverts running the Third Reich. More than a few are looking forward with pleasure to committing atrocities against conservatives. Think there was "torture" at GITMO? That's nothing compared to what is coming to the conservative dissenters in this country.

"One who breaks an unjust law that conscience tells him is unjust, and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for law."

- Martin Luther King, Jr.

“Rebellion to tyranny is obedience to God.”

- Thomas Jefferson

"Resistance to tyranny becomes the Christian and social duty of each individual. ... Continue steadfast and, with a proper sense of your dependence on God, nobly defend those rights which heaven gave, and no man ought to take from us."

- John Hancock

"Civil disobedience is the assertion of a right which law should give but which it denies."

"Civil disobedience becomes a sacred duty when the State becomes lawless corrupt."

- Mahatma Gandhi

Those guys have all said it better than I can.
