Violations are felonies. Failure to obey makes you a felon, with all the associated [non]privileges.

This is the ‘catch’ in many of these proposed laws.

Damned if you do, and Damned to Hell if you do not.

That does not mean I will.

Hmmm. Maybe the new third political party will be The Felons.
