KEEP MICHAEL WALLING IN PRISON IN ORDER TO KEEP HIM FROM RAPING OTHER LITTLE GIRLS!

In 1999, Michael Walling was convicted of 28 counts of rape against my 8 year old daughter. After his arrest, we found out that he had also sexually offended two (2) other little girls. He was convicted and sentenced for my Daughters rape, receiving 25 years with 5 years suspended. In addition to raping my daughter, during his time in prison, Michael Walling has sued me three (3) times for money to live on.

His first parole hearing is in February of 2013, and I am trying to gather as many signatures as possible in order to ensure that he is not set free. This man is a CHILD RAPIST with multiple offenses and multiple victims, and he does not deserve to be released into society in order to victimize any other children.

Please sign the petition and ask others to do the same! Also, please consider sharing this on your Facebook wall!! Thank you!

I’m surprised he’s still alive in prison; child rapists are the lowest of the low in prison pecking order. I thought they would’ve beaten him to death a while ago. Oh well, even the prisons are getting soft, I guess.

He may be in solitary for his own protection. He needs to be released into the general prison population and the guards need to unofficially pass word around on when they will be looking the other way.

I think the deal is they are separating the creeps like this from the rest of the general population. Yes in theory he should have but the jail does not want a lawsuit from the families of these men so they are kept apart.

This does not mean we should not keep them in the full term. These men don’t stop. Make him stay in his cell with his other child molesting buddies.

Very true. Appears that your best protection is an information campaign with the prison population.

I am torn between believing that those who murder child molesters in prison are people who were abused and molested themselves, contributing to their own life of anti-social behavior, and therefore there is an element of "frontier justice."

On the other hand, I have seen criminal types who were not sexually abused target a group low on the pecking order, simply to release their own murderous compulsions -- they create fear of themselves for their own self-protection by projecting an image of power and invincibility through murdering an unequally-matched chickenhawk. (Used to live in a mob neighborhood.)

Since I believe most child molesters deserve, and should receive, capital punishment by the state, I don't think that murder in prison is American justice. Prison murder of "chomo's" achieves moral justice only halfway, until our courts start taking seriously the "soul murder" this crime creates in its victims.

He’s listed on mugshot.com with a 20 year sentence for rape.

All men are born evil, just put one toy in a room full of two year old children and watch them try to kill each other over it.

That being said, most people eventually learn how to live within the society they are raised and get along fine.

However, there are those who never learn how to get along, nor want to conform to what is morally right. Those individuals will be evil till the day they die, and nothing will ever change them.

Before the evil ones gained control of our children's minds, we would lock evil people up for life, or put them to death in a swift manner.

Today we live in a society that has adults voting and running our country that were educated by evil minded individuals, and now we must live with them as our neighbors and pray that they do not prey upon us.

Amen to that. We had a far more civilized country when every jurisdiction had something like this and weren't squeamish about using it regularly:

Gallows at Ft. Smith

If this isn't the end times, I dread what lies ahead.

Take pity, have mercy on my children and grandchildren, oh, God!
