Not feeling awful enough after all that holiday binging? Need a little push to help send you into the glutton-free lifestyle? Here are five things that should do the trick and shame you into changing your eating habits. Because we all know that hating yourself is the first step to eating healthier.

This is Why You're Fat: cataloging where things went wrong

On the This is Why You're Fat tumblr "where dreams become heart attacks," you'll find such appetite-repelling dishes as a deep fried poutine calzone, yogurt covered Cheetos, and our personal favorite, a KFC double down wedged between two hefty glazed donuts. Click through enough archived pages and you'll not only feel bad for your eating habits, but the eating habits of the entire human race.

Epic Meal Time: taking the things you love and destroying them.

We don't know a single person high enough to enjoy the monstrosities coming out of the Epic Meal Time kitchen. From Tex-Mex Indian and Breakfast Pizzas, to Cinnaburgers and Meat Cereal, this site is nothing but bowel shaking regret and heart attacks. What's worse is that not only will their culinary monstrosities make your stomachs turn, they'll also ruin the image of perfectly good ingredients in your kitchen.

I wish I knew where I could get my hands on a deep fried poutine calzone. Poutine is great stuff but I’ve never had the real thing this side of Quebec. If the cheese ain’t right, it ain’t right. Good, but not right.

Haggis is the theme for New Year's day. I haven't had a single RSVP yet from the invitations, though...

Never developed a taste for squeaky raw cheese just slightly more aged than clabber mixed with brown gravy. I tried the few times I’ve been in areas that serve it, usually over fries. It’s just not pretty and it doesn’t taste any better, imho. One of those foods you’d have to grow up eating to like. Every region has a few.

Haggis in Texas? Explains the lack of rsvp’s. Now if it was BBQ’d haggis, might be a different story. Think Rudy’s carries it?

It's not just haggis. I've got durian (out in the garage) for the dessert course. I'm still trying to figure out a dessert wine to pair with it.

For Durian, pair it with Night Train Express. Thunderbird and MD2020 couldn’t hold the bold favors of the Durian.

Haggis in Texas? Why not? After all, Sam Houston came from a Scottish noble family, the state flower is the Blue Bonnet, named for the headgear once worn by residents of southern Scotland, and hordes of Texan petroleum engineers roamed Scotland during its oil boom of the ‘60’s and ‘70’s.

It's enough to drive you to drink.

"Terra-zahhh? Do we have more of those raisins?"

Mmm...Night Train! I road that particular choo-choo more than a few times back in college.

As for Durian...I’ve seen it, but I’ve never gotten the chance to try it. I’m game, though. I’ll try anything once, with the noticeable exceptions of Balut and Lutefisk.

Hold still. This will make you forget all about food (and sex) for awhile...

You can feed drunks ANYTHING.

It was the haggis party here or spend the New Year's day with the daughter's Cambodian family.

I figure the haggis and durian, along with the traditional black-eyed peas and hog jowls, are somewhat safer.

I've got champagne, strawberries, and chocolate for dinner in case nobody shows.
