For those following the Steubenville rape case, here is the video that Anonymous recovered and then reposted on YouTube. It is disgusting. There is no graphic footage but the language is filthy. If you don't know about this case I'll provide links in the comments section. This video will make your blood boil. All but two (the only two arrested and charged with anything) are still in school and participating in sports.
radionewz.net has info and links to what Anonymous has uncovered. It's a blog so don't go there if you don't want to be "pimped."
I suppose the video link would help: http://m.youtube.com/index?&desktop_uri=%2F#/watch?v=22UsHZXPi7Q
Once again I will quote my wonderful Grandmother.
“Take them to the field and horse whip them”.
#1 - I’m not clicking on a link that my computer starts asking questions about “Are you sure you want to open this?”
#2 - This doesn’t mean the people in question are guilty. They could be trying to make themselves look big for their friends.
#3 - Anonymous is not a good source of information.
Here’s a better link:
By comparing/contrasting to the way to “Duke Lacrosse” rape cased was handled by the press and the way the law/prosecutors are handling this case - I can only assume the football players are black and the girl is white.
Do we have apartheid in America?
One law and press coverage for minorities, another for whites?
The dude in the video is white however he is a jock so therefor he will get special treatment and can do no wrong. I must admit if the father of the girl shoots his sorry a** not a jury in America will convict him.
All but one (who is also one of the two going to trial next week) are white middle class boys in our School’s scholars program. The black kid is being raised by a white middle class family whose children are in the scholars program. These boys have had iPhones since they first came out and were given cars when they turned 16. It’s being covered up because Big Red football is what is important, and also because our prosecutors son is rumored to be involved. The radionewz.net link has a synopsis that describes the whole evil web, including coaches buying and rewarding players with illegal drugs.
Rape is one of the things I would like to see a torture penalty applied to.
It should be equal to at least three times what the perp did.
Then I am mistaken. I retract my post.
is this the way young men talk?...act?...is this the norm to be so hateful and dismissive of females?....
playboy philosophy at its best.....
This shows how our culture has changed for the worse for heterosexual women in the manic aftermath of the elite’s attempt to normalize abnormal and immoral sexual expression (porn).
Women have participated in making themselves and children into sexual objects. There are no morals and there is no self respect and love around heteorsexual sexual relationships anymore. The president openly ran his campaign on slut votes, and no one said a word. Women thought it was edgy and cute.
A horrific crime was committed here, but this is not even known by the young men who watched it! It’s just more sex with a drunk slut to them. This homosexualized culture dead to love and human dignity, will lead to terrible sexual oppression of women and children.
” I can only assume the football players are black and the girl is white.”
Here’s a little bit of advice.
Do some research BEFORE you post, and stop “assuming” total BS.
All the information is out there for the public to see, USE IT, for a change.
“Rape is one of the things I would like to see a torture penalty applied to.”
The punishment for rape (especially underage girls), should be the forced sex change of the perp, and then he is sold to an asian brothel frequented by hairy german tourists.
Thanks for the info, not that it will deter erroneous speculation.
Don’t kid yourself. If everyone thought anywhere near that, the town wouldn’t be “divided” Probably none of these pukes will get jail time or lose a scholarship over it. Just a bunch of high strung yutes sowing their wild oats
When you are told you have a power and that no one can tell you how to use it, you decide, not your parents or anyone else - there comes a time in your life when you will act on your "power" whether or not it hurts someone else.
These boys are to blame for their actions, whether they raped or laughed about the rape of another.
It is shocking that this kid exhibits absolutely NO REMORSE for his actions.
He is a product of a system of education that is designed to create sociopaths.
And this rape is the direct result.
I hope the parents don’t allow them access to guns. They display dangerous tendencies that could not be described without the video. I hope it is shown over and over at trial

It’s kind of a wannabe shariah.
“Once again I will quote my wonderful Grandmother.
Take them to the field and horse whip them.”
Your grandmother and I must have a lot in common.
It “sounds” — although no finder of fact in an evidentiary proceeding has so ruled — that two boys not shown in this video sexually assaulted and possibly raped a young girl. But based on what evidence has been gathered so far, this town is likely to be divided on the question of guilt and innocence long after the verdict comes down. Emotions may force the prosecutor to press a charge that he can't prove.
You are so right.
You’re a lot kinder than I am. The guy stated over and over again that he knew a rape had occurred, to the point where some of the other people in the video are speaking up, telling him he could go to jail for this, and discussing whether they should go help the girl or not. Since none of them reported anything to the police, they’re all accessories to the crime as far as I’m concerned.
and then leave them in the field for the crows and hogs
and when the boys openly brag about it on video, I guess that just just makes it more blurry?
The video can potentially be used against the juvenile speaking, depending on his level of involvement, and depending on how he testifies if subpoenaed or deponed. It's not evidence against the two boys who are headed to trial. Sorry, it just isn't.
The prosecutor has a very tough row to hoe. In the link to the article, it says that the victim has no knowledge of a crime being committed. The testimony evidence supposedly in his possession right now is of a sexual assault which may or may not be rape, depending on the laws of Ohio (and what the DA can get the jury to accept.) There is no toxicology report, and no rape kit was performed; in short, there is no physical evidence of rape.
Do I think a rape occurred? On the basis of the video I don't know, because this is not evidence. This is an extremely vile person actually bragging about thoroughly disgusting and possibly criminal behavior. Do I think the prosecutor will be able to prove a rape occurred? A jury, not people posting comments about hearsay, will decide.

Big Red Rape Report Divides TownView full sizeJoshua Gunter, The Plain DealerThe Steubenville High football warms up on the field under their mascot Big Red before a game against Benedictine Friday, August 31, 2012 in Steubenville, Ohio.
STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — Its Monday, and ominous-looking clouds are pushing over Harding Stadium as dozens of football players in practice jerseys prepare to take on Clevelands Benedictine Bengals.
But this day two key players are missing from the field.
Police had arrested two sophomore starters just days before and charged them with kidnapping and raping a 16-year-old girl from a town just across the river in West Virginia. One of them is also accused of taking a nude photo or video of the girl.
Several players still on the practice field are also believed to be linked to the incident. Steubenville police are trying to determine whether they were there at the time of the attack or sent digital images of it all over cyberspace.
Officials continue to investigate details of the reports that the girl was drugged into unconsciousness, ferried from party to party, raped and urinated on before ending up at home where her parents, discovering she was disoriented, took her to a local hospital.
On the practice field, longtime coach Reno Saccoccia is planted inside a huddle of boys. He occasionally grabs a player by the shoulders and peers into his helmet.
Saccoccia is talking Xs and Os.
The rest of the town is talking rape. ............”
This is a sick bunch of people, and not unique in this day. The perpetrators are more important than the victim because of their celebrity status. This and the Sandusky case are just the tip of the iceberg, it is widespread and there will be more and more cases brought to light
So, their admitting to it on twitter and such, doesn’t sway your very open mind? Defense attorneys love folks like you on juries
I wasn’t referring to this case specifically. I didn’t even watch the video or whatever they had at the link. I was replying to the general statement that rape convictions should include torture.
As you are probably aware, this web site was recently hacked into illegally numerous times by a terrorist group. The outrageous claims they made while controlling this site were totally false, completely absurd, and totally unfounded. They were clearly both libelous and slanderous, and were not even intended to reveal truth, but rather simply to get media attention and terrorize the Steubenville community. Innocent people have been greatly harmed.
Unfortunately, several national media outlets, including the New York Times, have recklessly decided to aid and abet these acts of illegality and give the terrorists exactly what they wanted by disseminating inaccurate and legally actionable information and accusations. Incredibly, they have done so without even bothering to contact this web site for comment.
We wish to make it clear that we will pursue legal justice against the perpetrators of these evil acts and all of those in the media who chose to help them.
