Sean Hannity continued the national debate over gun rights tonight with a particular focus on the New York newspaper that published the names and addresses of every gun owner in multiple counties. Guest Leo Terrell was particularly fired up on the issue, and when it looked like he was about to really rage at Hannity, he simply covered his ears with his hands to avoid listening.

Remember back in 1970 when the anti-gunners hated handguns so bad they claimed the Miller Decision ONLY protected military style rifles?

The 1970 claim was handguns and sawed off shotguns were not protected.
Maybe we should go back to the good old days when most people could have guns — but the laws were designed to make sure uppity Negroes couldn’t have any. Would Leo like that? Does that help him get to where he wants to go?

Leo Tyrell is another ignorant SoCal leftist. I’m tired of these people. We need to adapt the left’s attitude towards us. Their ultimate aim is to destroy us so we need to make it our aim to destroy them first. It has to be a scorched earth campaign against them. Wishful thinking I know especially with RINOS and other gutless wonders who want compromise with the left but if we’re going to save our country it’s us or them.
Miller was back in the 30s, right? I remember the decision being embarrassing for overlooking the fact that shotguns were used in WWI. Not that the 2nd amendment is restricted to weapons generally issued by the army and kept under lock and key down at your local national guard headquarters, or whatever the argument is. It’s just that, per usual, they were wrong according to their own rules.
Not that judges have shame.

Since Miller was dead, there was no follow up when the case was sent back to the lower court. That was our “landmark” case, very much mischaractorized by the gun grabbers, until Heller. Gray area remains.
I’m surprised that his head hasn’t exploded yet.
The number of murders in Chicago would dramatically drop were blacks to not have guns. It’s black on black crime that’s responsible for the vast majority of those murders.
People who oppose such laws are obviously racists who hate black people.
