Alas, the April 15th filing deadline will not be pushed back as well.

Due to last minute changes by Congress, the final tax forms will not be printed until April 23rd. With Post Office delays, you can expect to receive yours in the mail no earlier than May 18th.
Tax returns received later than April 15th will be subject to a 10% penalty.... per day.
(Heyyyyy, every little bit helps with the deficit!)
BTW, there is a possibility that Congress will pass the Simplified Tax Code before April 15th. If they do, expect your Tax Forms shortly thereafter. In light of the potentially short time to complete your tax return, a sample is printed below for your practice.
