I had an interview with a major software company today. It was quite the experience. At no time in my life I have had a company (MS) provide as much background, profiles, schedules, etc. on an interview process. This day was set up to be golden ... maybe, if I wasn't a conservative.
Two days ago, I was sent an email on the interview. It included a schedule, how to dress (business attire), profiles on who was interviewing me, LinkedIn accounts and other information that made this interview seem like the most open and transparent process I have ever been through.
That worked until the witch from New York interviewed me.
I do not know the outcome of the interview, but it seems positive, however I never met anyone so un-business like in such a formal setting. And of course, she can get away with it.
They don't even have fracking in NY, but she was dead against it in a hostile manner. I don't know it was an interview trick or not. I didn't flinch or defend; it was just a project I was working. I do know, I don't like running into close minded liberals, and she looked the part.
There is a need for conservatives to band together and form profitable enterprises that only hire and employ like minded conservatives to make frickin' incredible amounts of money to wage combat against any company that would ever hire a "witch".
I work in the IT industry and the lib bias Very bad.
Legal Shield is a company I first started using and got involved with back in the 1990’s. Everyone I’ve met has been at least somewhat conservative.
