This is why I watch no TV news. Nothing! Not even Fox which lately has been getting in line with all the other cable news stations. Flipping through the channels today I caught a bit of CBS news and The Inaugural ceremonies. Downright embarrassing! The news outlets are the enemy of all freedom loving people.

The cotton combine could do ten times the work for one-tenth the cost of a slave. Slavery was doomed by sheer economics. There was no real need to kill 600,000 Americans. I surmise that the real battle was between Federalism and Confederalism, a subtle but very important difference.

I have been tempted but I have never said that he should be fired for his idiotic remarks in the past. This goes way over the line. It serves no purpose but to try and re-charge the Race Card while demonizing law-abiding gun owners. Shemp would be a good fit the Reality TV News of MSNBC.

In Michigan, gun control laws are a direct result of a black man (Ossian Sweet) being acquitted of murder after killing a racist who tried to drive Sweet out of a “white” Detroit neighborhood in the 1920s. The first gun control legislation started showing up in Lansing just weeks after the verdict.
There are only two major problems with Smith:
1. He isn’t very bright.

The truth is that gun control was proposed by slave holders to keep blacks from getting guns. Many do not know but the NRA is not all white....at all. And it advocates for ALL AMERICANS having the right to keep and bear arms, blacks included. For example the little black lady stuck in the project with her extended “family” of drug gangsters using her place as a front, and her being threatened at all times— she should have protection— what is she going to wait for the police (who might be “bent” anyway)?

Historically, the southern states voted to secede, began raising an army and fired on Ft. Sumpter. Up until that point the union/Lincoln had not freed any slaves, abolished slavery or even proposed to abolish it or fired a shot to begin any hostilities and in fact sought to avoid hostilities. The hostile southern democrats, like democrats today, believed they could do what they damned well pleased without talking to republicans. The south fired the first shots in an effort to keep slavery as their “peculiar” institution.
