I am amazed at your lack of multi-kulti and its application is the management of “Single Species “ programs.
As we both well know, allowing a bureaucrat to manage such a program is a reliable mechanism to diminish system productivity and to reduce species diversity.
May I suggest alerting Thebadeau & Boudereau regarding the number of cats available for harvest. Mention that cats are simply delicious in a gumbo - problem will shortly solved at no cost to the taxpayers.

Guru, "Asian" restaurants have been serving Chat àla Chinoise (Note politically correct ethnic terminology, I was gonna say "Chinee") without any noticeable effect on the cat pop. Now if Thibodeaux & Boudereau start putting cat in the jambalaya, it could lead to a SHTF case of ethnic tension in the competition for scarce feline resources. T & B, they Cajun, they get no Affirmative Action, so right away they get to Pussy before the "Asian," it could be a hate crime.
