Rule number one in customer facing jobs: it’s OK to hate the customers but they must NEVER find out.

Doesn’t matter what the name you called them was or why or even if they deserved it, they heard, you’re out.

One thing about comments is that you will NEVER hear of a black employee being fired for calling customers "whitey" or "rich white M****er F****rs", becaue they don't have jobs, or, they are in the welfare line and that's the language used routinely.

In TODAY'S WORLD of political correctness (sic), you can call a White person any name you want, and it's "Freedom of Speech", but if you use accurate descriptive terms to describe a black or Hispanic person, you are terminated, arrested, or charged with a "Hate Crime"......that's a FACT, Jack......think about it.
