This is weird. Notice the tassels hanging to the left of his head in the picture behind B.O..

Now look at this:

People (at least in first world nations) don't typically attract flies, but beasts do. And that fly looks like a big horsefly.

The righteous are marked as if having the Torah between their eyes (the Lord's Law being in their contemplations continually). This Beelzebub character is marked between the eyes by a filthy fly. Previously this occurred on his lips (the place where the thoughts are released). Thus the portend is the same.

Even the secular perceive the evil in the fly omens.
