The way you change the Constitution is by a constitutional amendment. The federal government has no constitutional authority to regular firearms. If they can pull off a constitutional amendment giving the feds that power, then so be it. Otherwise federal firearm regulations are illegal.

Constitutional change? No.

Change in the law? Yes.

I’m more convinced than ever that the citizenry requires access to heavier weaponry than is currently allowed under the law. Class III is a joke, first due to registry and second due to prohibition on new weapons. A select fire AR should not cost over $10,000, it should be the same price as a semi-auto AR if it weren’t for the firearm prohibition.

While Obama guard dog Fx News seems concerned about gun rights, I don’t think that Fx really wants voters to get up to speed with the Constitution’s Article V which describes the amendment process.

More specifically, if Article V was to wind up in the limelight, then voters would find out that only the states can ratify a proposed amendment to the Constituton. And if voters became aware that the states uniquely control what the Constituiton says, then they would know that the states have absolute control over the federal government regardless of Democratic PC interpretations of the Supremacy Clause, Clause 2 of Article VI. Then the party would be over in DC.

Almost 96%.

I wonder if there is any way a donk could puke up some “logical” claim that democrats are voting “NO.”

The RATS love taxes so why not tax at a rate of $500.00 per HEAD in a household without a registered gun. The money could support the police to help protect those who won't do what they have a responsibility to do for there families.
