Consider the following statement: `I would fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the U.S. government'."The question was then posed as to what degree the individual Marine agreed with the Statement.
According to the results given in Cunningham's thesis, a total of 88 percent, or 264 Marines, responded to the question.
Of the 264 who responded, 26.34 percent, or 79 Marines, indicated they would be willing to "fire upon U.S. citizens."
Of that total, 18.67 percent, or 56 Marines, indicated they "agree" with the statement, and 7.67 percent, or 23 Marines, indicated that they "strongly agree."
A total of 61.66 percent, or 185, indicated that they were opposed to firing at citizens.
Of the total, 42.33 percent, or 127, indicated they "strongly disagree" and 19.33 percent, or 58, indicated they "disagree."
In his thesis, Cunningham noted: "This particular question, unlike the others, elicited from 15.97 percent of the respondents with an opinion, either heavier pen or pencil marks on their response or written comments in the margin space. The responses to this scenario suggest that a complete unit breakdown could occur in a unit tasked to execute this mission,"
However, it becomes clear that a poll would be useful in determining which soldiers, and in this case Marines, would be willing to undertake such a mission, to fire upon U.S. citizens."
It's getting closer and closer to the time when the military will have to choose sides. IMO.

If you were in the army in a foreign country and your commander ordered you to fire on that country’s citizens because they were rebelling, would you?

The Guardsmen who fired at Kent State should have been court martialled then drawn and quartered.... for incompetence.
They fired and killed innocent bystanders over 400 meters from the action. IF you're going to shoot, you'd better have a dead body for every round fired and it better be in the target group! 12 shots, means 12 dead bodies at the point of conflict. That way, even if it was shown that the order to fire was wrong, at least it would have shown they knew what they were doing and the dead were associated with the direct event. Not just going to class a quarter of a mile distant and uninvolved....
Agreed. I used to get all spun up about crap like this, because in my heart of hearts, I'm a conspiracist because I do know that the NWO is an orchestrated event and has been run by the Council on Foreign Relations and the Bilderberg group for many decades and it is on the cusp of being fulfilled! But this kind of stuff is too overt for the likes of them. I could happen but it's unlikely. So until I hear more that really convinces me, I refuse to get all "spun up" again.

When the officers who know about this come forward - and if they retired rather than agree to fire on US citizens, then they know their duty to come forward - then I will believe it.
It isn’t a real channel. It is a video blog trying to look legit by sticking some news numbers around it. You can tell by the production quality it is amateur.
They've done it in the past, ie, the tent encampment in DC after WWI. To name one.
But even if we concede that troops wouldn't fire on civilians, here's what could happen.
Troops come around in a Martial Law or similar scenario. A hothead fires at the troops. They return fire and the furball begins.
If it were true that some “top brass” would say yes, there is still the fact that it is not the top brass who step out onto the line and fire a weapon. They would be scrambling to find enough troops in any unit who would obey an unlawful order like that. This is not the ill-trained and undereducated army that marched to MacArthur’s orders against the Bonus Army.
No they won’t. They would do so w/ glee, but they won’t.
You need to stop worrying
Anyone who thinks that Obammy is stupid enough to ask such a question when the answer is obvious (yes they will, just like the East Germans, the Poles, the North Koreans, the Argentinians fired on their own!) needs to get back to kindergarten to re-learn all he needs to know. (The conspiracy nut answers: “That’s why he DID axe! Because nobody would believe that he would!”)
“O” is acting and sounding more and more like a third world dictator all the time.
Never having been fully identified with or assimilated into the mainstream of American life and politics... that was a short step for “O”... but a GIANT step for US!
I wonder how Washington types and the MSM can see and hear this stuff without shuddering...or laughing out loud!
