This is not the first warning.
Western thinking has become conservative:
the world situation should stay as it is at any cost;
there should be no changes. ....
The communist regime in the East could stand and grow due to the enthusiastic support
from an enormous number of Western intellectuals who felt a kinship and refused to see
communism's crimes. And when they no longer could do so, they tried to justify them. In
our Eastern countries, communism has suffered a complete ideological defeat; it is zero
and less than zero. But Western intellectuals still look at it with interest and with
empathy, and this is precisely what makes it so immensely difficult for the West to
withstand the East.

What is happening is that many conservatives have given up all conservative beliefs, about Communist China.
That is the critical difference now.
How many right here on FR, are in favor of sending all US industry directly to the Chicoms?
Seriously. How much stuff do you see every single day, made in China?
China is the difference. Until conservatives realize the terrible danger we are putting America in, by building up a communist nation 4 times our population.
Turn this around now.
Not soon. Now.

Burt, a quiet and thoughtful man brings it home in this interview by David Knight. Burt is right, we are turning Communist as others have also warned us about.

Not so much the more pure forms of Communism, but its derivative form of Ba’athist Socialism, compounded with Shari’a law.
Command economy raised to an exponential degree.

My Grandparents fled the Ukraine in 1949.
Needless to say... I take a dim view of the Marxist/Socialist policies we’ve been drifting towards.

"What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, polkers, or whatever else was at hand?"

I have a feeling that we're going to be retelling their stories for the nuggets of information about how to deal with this coming blight.
A poignant statement he made, "Americans love their country like their mother, he (Burt) loves America like his "wife."

My Russian grandmother HATED the communists and so did the Catholic school in St. Paul, Minnesota, St. Mark’s that I attended. Those lessons were not lost on me. Communism is satan’s religion.

Thats what the 1.4 billion rounds of ammo and the FEMA re-education camps are for.
... compared to 57 Billion rounds of ammo purchased by American citizens since January 2009, along with the 57 Million firearms purchased by American citizens since January 2009,
... along with the 76+ Million firearms purchased by American citizens during GW Bush's eight years in office, and probably another 76 Billion rounds of ammo, with more than half of the ammo yet unfired.
... along with the probably 76+ Million firearms purchased by American citizens during Clinton's eight years in office, and probably the same relative amount of ammo yet unfired.
... along with the unknown Millions of firearms and unknown Billions of rounds of ammo owned by American citizens prior to the beginning of Clinton's presidency in January 1993.
The estimates above are extrapolated from the NCIC background check monthly stats since 1998, with projected trend lines back to 1993.
The below is from Wiki answers:
How many gun owners are there in the United States of America?
"Answer: Number of guns and gun owners in USA. Most estimates range between 39% and 50% of US households having at least one gun(that's about 43-55 million households). The estimates for the number of privately owned guns range from 190 million to 300 million. Removed those that skew the stats for their own purposes the best estimates are about 45% or 52 million of American households owning 260 million guns).
